I’m considering a career change in the hopes of providing better for my family. Do you think it’s a viable option to do inbound closing as a side hustle in a transitional stage and would it be realistic to expect it to replace a retail job? What advice would you give someone in my situation who were considering inbound closing as a career path?
@@einarandrekro8466 Inbound closing can be a viable option, but it takes time to develop sales skills, and you also have to find clients yourself. Meaning, you'll only get paid if you make sales. Also, you have to take into account what hours you can take sales calls and do your retail job at the same time. You can also consider B2B sales roles that pay a base salary and commission where they start you off as a Sales Development Rep, and later on, you can move into closing.

I’m currently training to become an inbound closer. The training is by traffic and funnels by Taylor Welch it’s called the inbound closer accelerator program if you’re interested.
I’ve looked at that program and was so confused but definitely interested... so is this profession (mentioned by Taylor Welch and Patrick Dang), called an “Inbound Closer”? Sorry for the stupid question, just honestly didn’t know what to type in on Zip Recruiter.

I have been seeing a lot of videos, and you point out that this basically is building a business by selling other course videos to show people how to be an inbound closer. This is basically and I compare this like a chain. Why? Because when you get to the point when you have all of the resources of course that you will have the opportunity to build your own business by teaching others to close deals that are for you. And when you train people to sell your product or business they work for you directly and of course, they will be pay eventually. If this works maybe, but like I always said that life does not give you anything for free you will need to make sacrifices and do hard work so it can be pay off. And that's my point. I think that these entrepreneurs are taking advantage of the situation that we are living in, that everybody can be doing a lot of money without a job 9 to 5. And that's how they sell, selling dreams to people. But if making money was that easy, why everybody it's not doing it? Because millionaires will have no competition to make more money. This is my opinion of how I see this. I you like it good if not ok good too don't care anyway.
I hear you. Some people do take advantage of others with these “opportunities”. Now in this and my other videos around this topic, I mention many companies like Oracle, Microsoft, and Salesforce have sales reps who close inbound leads. I personally feel working a sales job with salary plus commission is the way to start. I myself started as a sales rep at Oracle working an awesome 9-5 job.
