This was a very good overview of Lar gand/ Mon El story. He also helped create the Legion flight rings. you did not mention when there were two Mon El's the SWG batch which was so cool. The original storyline will always be my favorite. The fact he met Jor El before coming to earth. Beating down the time trapper when he is brought back in 5 years later. Thanks. Much better than the weak recent Legion animated movie which had him as the villain.
I wasnt crazy about Mon-El and Supergirl's...relationship in this show. In the comics they're kinda like...cousins, and its Kara and Brainy that are into each other.
The true Mon-El was in Superboy and the Legion of Superheroes in the 1970's. He was the most powerful Legionnaire. Every other version of the character was a joke, especially that crap in Supergirl.
I would like (Lar Gand) aka MON-EL, the Daxamite alien superhero, make his appearance in a (DC U.) movie someday. I imagine in a (DC U.) movie, one of the ComicBook hero titles of him, might be used in it. Like the hero title of VALOR, or maybe the hero title CHAMPION.

Genes know no divisions … umm but, I don’t know which comic book episode this happened in. I just read Legion of Super Hero’s from 1974-1978, then about 1992-1999. I’m not sure which version it is now, but thanks for the info.
