    *I just found out last week, I have a small hiatal hernia* . *I can't take ACV because of Erosion Esophagus burn*
    That's how my GI doctor found the "hiatal hernia" from having EGD 4/27/2023.
    I had these BEFORE Hiatal Hernia came along >> Acid Reflux, Bloating, Belching, Dysphagia, that's it.

    Thank you, so very much! There is a fine line between self diagnosis and gathering legitimate information that supports clear symptoms! I am currently at odds with my well respected GP over my symptoms and he has denied my assumption of a hiatal hernia. He has prescribed medications that are basically anti acids, which have always been detrimental to my problem. I capitulated (temporarily) and told him I will take the RX for his 2 week trial but if I have my expected issues, I will continue to handle this in accordance with your methods that are more in keeping with my holistic approach to self care. This video was “channeled” at exactly the right time and I am grateful❣️

After reading the side effects, which can cause quite serious conditions such as acute tubulointerstitial nephritis and a long list of others, I will NOT put either of them in my body. Hiatal hernia is usually diagnosed through CT scan. You don’t need endoscopy. That’s too invasive of a test. You need to go to Gastroenterology. Maybe these exercises help but it can become life threatening so you need to mention going to the emergency room if signs of fever, vomiting, not being able to keep your food down, excessive belching, and severe abdominal pain happen.

    I haven’t been diagnosed with a hiatal hernia per se, but I get pressure/a dull ache in the lower sternum and diaphragm area, chronic burping, and nausea. I have no idea what else it could be. I've had gastritis and an ulcer in the past, but this feels different from my experience with those conditions. If I sit it makes it worse, and I seem to get relief by deep breathing, stretching on the monkey bar at the park, and gently pushing my stomach down, and this morning I got more gurgling than usual from gently pushing down, but the nausea in the mornings is really bad. Seeing a chiropractor in my area for this issue in two weeks, hoping he can help. Thanks for your videos.

    I was just diagnosed with a hiatal hernia and esophagitis after an upper GI endoscopy. I don't have any symptoms such as reflux or difficulty swallowing... My symptoms are more in line with IBS/ SIBO. Bloating, gas, intermittent constipation/ bulky, light colored stools, diarrhea... I am seeing a gastroenterologist to figure out what all is happening with me, and to get treated. I exercise, eat nutritiously, weigh 118 lbs. and don't drink or smoke.

      This is so interesting!! I started experiencing SIBO/IBS symptoms as well. Been treating it as if it's SIBO, hoping it improves. I was told I had a hiatal hernia during an endoscopy a few months back while they were trying to figure out what was wrong with me. Fast forward they are saying it's not consistent with a hiatal hernia and it's a ossified bony mass(whatever tf that is) My SIBo and bacterial overgrowth test did come back positive so idk.

    One treatment for a hernia is getting a neck adjustment. C3, C4, C5, keeps the diaphragm alive! The phrenic never controls the diaphragm and runs down C3, C4, and C5. An unadjusted neck can put pressure on the phrenic nerve causing the diaphragm to open and allow the stomach to slide up. Most likely the neck is subluxated and an adjustment and manual pulling down of the stomach will help. I know this works from personal experience. Not all chiropractors will know this for some reason.

    Is a painful Xiphoid process indicative?

    • @Synergywellnessny
      @Synergywellnessny  Рік тому

      Depends what other symptoms you have……. Belching? Burping a lot? Difficulty breathing?
      Acid reflux? Heartburn?
      Or does the pain radiate up the center or sides of the sternum and radiate outward?

    if it was for me, to make sure I have EGD Test done every 6 months, I would NEVER know that ,
    I had an Hiatal Hernia. I have to take control of my own health as far as how many time I want this EGD.
    I'll be getting another test in 5 months , in the mean time, I'll be doing all these exercises and keeping track
    of my health. I am researching how to HEAL MY GERD, EROSIVE ESOPHAGUS AND LOW STOMACH ACID.

      Thank you very much for helping, I do appreciate it .
      I just found out last week, I have a small hiatal hernia . I can't take ACV because of Erosion Esophagus burn
      That's how my GI doctor found the "small hiatal hernia" from having EGD 4/27/2023.
      I had these BEFORE Hiatal Hernia came along >> Acid Reflux, Bloating, Belching, Dysphagia, that's it.

    I was diagnosed with a hiatus hernia due to pregnancy when I developed swallowing g problems just a week after I had my daughter and have suffered severe acid for yrs, after suffer so badly with my swallowing f and acid I had a camera out down to my stomach, no advise given just meds given and left to deal with the acid, fixing the problem would be more beneficial than giving meds that will not solve the issue, everything including water gives me really and acid….

    I have to say that after 2 months of blood tests, ultrasound and CT scan the health care system had no idea what my problem was. I had issues with enzymes from the liver x7 and pancreas x2 out of level.
    After watching this video I realised this is what I have. So I started doing gentle squats, rubbing downward from the ribs and pushing my belly out. I felt a tearing feeling as my stomach moved back down to where it should be. A bit scary because it hurt but after 15mins rest I started to feel normal.
    My Hiatal Hernia effected my life a lot! I can now eat properly, exercise and even have sex again 🙏 thank you! I really just thought it was old age setting in (36 yrs old) 😂❤🎉 the exercise described in this video really helped. I will keep them up now for three months and see how I go. Thanks again!

    two things they failed to actually mention not to over eat and sleeping on your stomach after eating a big meal that is what happened to me coughing from smoking ( smokiers cough) another one as well I worked and would come home do my chores eat a good size breakfast and sleep thru the day especially on my stomach this is def a no no

    • @Synergywellnessny
      @Synergywellnessny  Рік тому

      We mention that in many other videos. You should never stomach sleep . Bad for your back!
      And once the hiatal hernia is fixed you can eat as large a meal as you want.
