People that hate just don’t love themselves like this guy yet. Treat your body as temple folks. This dude actually gets it. We could all benefit from a better diet and his is solid. Not saying everyone has plenty of money, but rice, avocados, bananas, onions, potatoes, and certain cuts of chicken or beef can be very cheap if you look around! In fact I bet you could get more healthy food than junk for the same price if you know what to buy and where to look. A little effort would go a looooong way for so many… the “standard American diet” is absolutely toxic and abusive for our bodies. Don’t get cancer folks.

No, it's just that lots of people who do this kind of thing realize very quickly how pointless it truly is. There's a reason why 99% of this mans videos are about making you LOOK ripped & toned by shredding fat, not about true full body strength training.
If you're this active, you can afford to eat what you want. Your mind will be a lot healthier too, not looking at food as a constant math equation. For fuck's sake, our dads & grandpas were getting as jacked as some of these guys while pounding entire pint tubs of ice cream or large pizzas in one sitting. All they cared about was getting enough protein for the day.
You also know nothing about cancer lmao. Best you can do is reduce risk, not prevent. If you're gonna get cancer, you're gonna get cancer. Sorry pal.

It's not that expensive tbh. It's the time spent with prep and cooking, and the time sourcing cheap and good veggies and protein. It's when you don't have time to cook up your meals is when it gets expensive trying to match the same macros. It costs $2-3 to make the same amount of chicken that Panda Express would charge you $12-14 for.

    Lunch = $10
    Oysters/Dinner = $14
If you eat like this everyday of the year = $10k
People commenting this is expensive just don't get it. This is a lifestyle and if you want these results you can't just dip your toe in. Stop blowing $50/wk at the bar. Stop spending $20/wk on local coffee. Stop spending $200/mo on subscription services. Ditch the $600/mo car payment.

here is my broke food recipie. i live in my car and work at dominos. if i can afford it so can you.
    walmart
    - package of spinach or mixed greens
    - deli section package of cheese (low in carbs and sugar)
    - deli section: package of meat (turkey or chicken if possible)
    - zero dressing, you dont need it.
    - something with fiber in it. metamucil is best.
    instructions:
take meat and cheese and use it as a bread alternative and put the greens on the inside of it like a sandwich style.
eat like this everyday for 3 months. if you get hungry eat more greens and make sure to take metamucil one time after (preferabily in the morning).
your total daily expense is less than $8. you will loose a ton of weight eating like this. no need for expensive food if you cant afford it.

I know plenty of people in the comments are saying this is an expensive diet, and the routine is not realistic. However, it really is cheaper than you think. I follow a similar routine, and my plate looks kinda similar, just a little less meat. I think people just automatically think eating healthy is expensive. Looking up recipes that carry ingredients in your budget and counting portions is key. There are plenty of different dishes out there to explore, and all can be made on a budget.
The only excuse i can currently see ( i can be very much wrong, aka im not always right), is that some areas really just dont have much to work with. When you have to order out of town is when things start to get expensive.
Anyways, start slow. Look up different things you'd like to try and then compare it to eating out. Now, if we are talking about junk food...... Yes, it's cheaper, but it's not filling, so people tend to buy more. High protein, fiber, etc. helps keep you full without needing more.

Of course I would eat the occasional honey bun to get fat macros up but the backbone of the diet would be mtn dew and 1mg/lb protein powder daily. Let me know how this sounds thanks.
