No it wouldn't. Full auto machines are not fun, nor used by most coffee hobbyists. Grinding, distribution, tamping, locking in the filter, dialing in, timing, ect. Thats what its all about to a true espresso enthusiast.
Can you pull a shot of a light roast on SBE without spraying and swirls? You were using a spouted PF but by looking at the coffee flow it looks like the flow was not even. I’m trying to dial a light roast and it has been impossible 🥲
