I remember at one point I was only doing tons of Hindu Squats, Hindu Pushups and back bridging. I was probably in the best shape of my life at the time. I was basically the Energizer Bunny.
I do the same super sets except I do a jump at the top if the Baithaks instead of using dumbbells, and I alternate directions with the Dands. Great workout in a fairly short time.
Tim, great exercise. However, I know my knees, right now, are such that my squat would probably be 45 versus 90 percent. Still, I am going to try this. I have been doing a 30-day self challenge Horse Stance. Today is day 10 and I honestly am not sure I will make this to day 30. First, my form has NOT improved and second, the pain in my knee is getting worse. I need to be smart.
I do these independently but as with all your videos, I’m going to try it! I’ve never trained press ups with handles. Which ones are you using and I assume they allow more range of movement? Thanks as always!
