    I love Tim's exercises. When I ordered the Original Strength book from Amazon a few years back, Tim wrote a response to a comment that I left. He said that OS would change my life. Ladies and Gentlemen, it has. These exercises are fun and addictive. Can you imagine if these were taught to kids in P.E. class?
    Side note: You should see the looks I get when I walk down the street the OS way wearing my 5 fingers.

    This is another great addition to the exercises I already do as rehab for my shoulders. I've always used weights, and really got a shock, albeit a pleasant one, when I started "rocking". I would recommend your channel to anyone who wants real-life benefits from their "work-out". ; )

    Awesome move. Could the OS Spider-Man push-up be done in conjunction with or as part of Spider-Man crawling ?

    I have made a slight modification to this push-up, and that is to add a Hindu push-up's cobra head nod up at the end of the one-arm-one-leg movement. The cobra-spider push-up. How's that? 😀

      Tim I did a tabata for this one, I'm whacked! Does this reset make your legs strong as well?

    Tim, this push-up is definitely not easy. However, I feel the burn more in my shoulders and deltoids rather than my chest or abdomen. Is that normal?

    I have scapular winging and labral tear.. commando rocking realy heply it.. can i integrate this push and pull ups along with conventional rocking before complete shoulder recovery.. will it aggravate my shoulder

      It’s possible that you can. Just listen to your shoulder and let it guide you. Take is slow and explore curiously - don’t be aggressive.
