Tim, these are great exercises. Once I get on the floor, rolling around is not the issue. It's getting back UP that causes me issues. My kids at school think it's hilarious to watch an old guy like me first roll around on the floor, but the real hilarity is them watching me get back up. We only get better every day. Thanks for the instruction.

It seems to be good. Maybe, it could be better to warm up, walking on a tapis roulant, for some minutes, and beginning from the standing up position and than sitting down.
I have always felt like I am walking twisted. I am a thinker. My eyes glance left downwards when I walk (straight line). Could this cause my body to follow suit and get twisted?
It is not a crazy thought. The body wants to follow the eyes and the head. The eyes are drivers, like a laser targeting guidance system
