      "otorinolaringoiatra"
Ending with "iatra" makes way more sense for a doctor in a clinic, our ending with "logista" would make for sense for an academic that studies those parts.
Now we need to find the word in Latin for inner ear that starts with "Oto" because "Rino" is nose and "Laringo" is larynx, there's even the "OtorrinolaringoFARINGOlogista" which also takes care of the pharynx, thus taking care of the whole throat, but "Oto" really beats be where it comes from as "Auri/Audi" is the prefix for inner ear (or gold).

But I have spoken with the portuguese from portugal and i could understand some of what they would say but im still learning so being in contact with soo many different accents makes it challenging but fun. iI have spoken portuguese with ppl from African countries like mozambique and Angola, Cape Verde and their portuguese is like from Portugal but with some african influences.

The person who wrote the subtitles probably doesn't know what the tongue twister's translation is. She wanted to say "Bit the clothes" but said "Beat the close". "Bit" is pronounced just as the pronoun "it" with a "B" in front of it, it has a short vowel sound. Beat has a longer vowel sound and is pronounced just as she did; like the verb "eat" with a "B" in front of it.
And the most accurate translation of the tongue twister would actually be "The rat gnawed the clothes of the king of Rome."

That´s why Julia could`t understand the portuguese guy at first, when he spoke the word. The same happens in british and american english, spanish variations and French too. Julia ruled, absolutely. She's definitly very aware of the main accent differences and she's sharp as a razor. To compare portuguese with russian is not so absurd as it may sound initially. Take the setence "VEJO-TE ÀS 9 HORAS" (see you at 9 o'clock) and now copy the cyrillic set of letters at the end and listen the result in google translator ВЭЖУ ТЭ АЖ НОВ ОРАЖ. 😉

I've read some time that Russia is a country that the accent is the same in every part of Russia. Brazil is very different in this sense. Julia, the Brazilian woman, is from São Paulo state. She has a "paulista accent" .Despite of that, there is no accent in Brazil the same as Portugal. The accent is Brazil most similar to Portugal is the "carioca accent" from the Rio de Janeiro state. It happens because the real family had run away before the napolean's trops invaded Portugsl. The real family arrived in Rio in 1808 . Brazil in 1808 was still a colony. The Spanish girl would have done better if she knew the meaning of the words in the long sentences. Also, anyone from where I come from (Galicia, Northwestern Spain), would have repeated what he said no problem, albeit in a different accent. "O rato roeu a roupa do rei de Roma" would have been said in exactly the same way in Galician, but with a trilled postalveolar "r". It was fun, thank you.
