HELLO, I am a 74 year old man. I just did this vid. I am over weight, on heart meds and diabetic. The doc says if I lose the weight I will lose the diabetes. Along with that the heart will be in better shape. I know this is a womans work out but it made me sweat. I had some problems with a couple balance things but if I try again and again I may get it. Thanks for the sweats. I feel my stomach muscles saying what are you doing to me. lol

I am a 66 year old, who had always stayed active by outdoor walking/hiking and gardening. Then, I had a bad fall in my neighborhood (broken arm, teeth, glasses, many stitches) in late 2020 and was too anxious to walk outside anymore. Exactly 6 months ago - 1/3/22 - I was searching in UA-cam for an indoor walking routine and found this workout. I loved it immediately. Just perfect for me. I have done it every day since then, along with several others (knee pain, arm strengthening, stretching). It is like a miracle for me. I have lost almost 20 pounds with no change to my eating habits (already ate fairly healthily) and feel better than I have in years. Most importantly, it has given me my confidence back. **you are great I'm 57 and my mom is 83 and we do this every morning. I must admit that the first time I did this I only got to 10 mins my mom made 20 but the more we did it the longer we got. I had a stroke in 2015 so my balance is off somewhat, but i have done the video all the way through and feel wonderful, so does my mom. I'm so glad we have found this video. You are so wonderful
Hi Diane I’m a stroke survivor too i had mine 2017 age 47 leaving me blind unable to speak and left side was left paralysed my leg vision speech came back still waiting on my arm ... I’m so glad we have found this wonderful lady ... keep going 😘🤗💜💜xx
@@dianebrazil6907 that’s good I have all feelings back in my leg and arm and Botox to control the pain in both but my arm just won’t work iv tried for 3 years still nothing but I’m I can go fast with my leg but thankful to of survived it and am living a wonderful life I went back to the boxing gym and worked on my legs doing lots of kicks this has helped me regain my balance there’s videos on here showing my progress from kicking and holding on to free standing kick ppl each side incase I fell I hope you make a full recovery well done to ur mum completely 20 mins that amazing love and hugs to u both 😘🤗❤️👏🏻👏🏻💪🏻xx

I am 61 yrs old, I have a weak left leg due to Multiple Sclerosis & last year a right knee replacement. So decided to try your 10 min HIIT instead of my usual yoga practice. Schellea, I have been doing your workout every day for 5 months. I live in Georgia, in the Caucasus. I work as a tourist guide. We have one beautiful destination, Cave City, where we climb rocks. I used to have a hard time getting up there. I couldn't breathe anymore, I could hardly drag my legs. After doing your exercises, I am no longer afraid to walk, nor to climb hills, nor to get tired. I’m 62 and woefully out of shape. Started my diet in June and I’m losing! But I needed to add exercise. I stumbled onto your videos. Started with the 10 min standing ab workout. It was tough to get started but I’m doing it for 2 weeks now and totally enjoying it. Today, I discovered the 30 min workout. So I thought I’d try that too. Boy it kicked my butt, BUT somehow I actually made it through the entire 30 minutes. Than you so much for inspiring me to do this for myself. I feel great!

I am 63 with a lot of health problems. This is an amazing work out for me and I can now do it all everyday. I cannot get on the floor or squat with my knees how other work outs require you too. I am very overweight and slowly I feel it doing good and my heart rate is returning to normal quicker. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you literally are a life saver. Its fun too.
Bravo to you Bev! I’m also 63 with different health issues than you, nothing life threatening but since my fibromyalgia in 2015 and cancer in 2016, my otherwise quite good fitness level has taken a dive. Its tricky to exercise with fibro, its easy to overdue it and then you have muscle pain for days. Long term affects of chemo are shortness of breath. So you need to achieve a fine balance of some cardio challenge without overstraining muscles. You know, this seems to do the job. So far so good--makes me sweat but not hurt!! And is fun!! I. Am. Thrilled.
I started my weight loss Journey AGAIN, at the end of November. This is the 4th time in my 70 years that I’ve done this. I’ve lost weight using various ‘diets’. When I gained weight after each previous time, I’ve gained back plus more. The last time, I vowed I would never ‘diet’ again. My breakdown points previously were unrealistic eating habits that were not sustainable over the long haul AND I don’t like ‘walking for exercise’ well, to be honest, exercise at all. Things that get me moving are playing with children and walking for my photography interest. Schellea, you have taught, motivated, inspired me to believe that I can maintain my weight loss. I thank you!

Great 30 minutes Cardio videos Schellea. I've made myself playlists, so I do a 30 mins Cardio, followed by 10 mins toning and finish with a stretch. Brilliant! I've been working out with you for a year now and can really feel and see the difference, I'm not a fabulous 50 though I'm a stupendous sixty seven!

I decided to add walking to my yoga workouts and gave this one a try, so happy I did. I felt great after and more than ready for a yoga practice. Keeping myself strong is a must for me having Lupus and R A etc.
I've done various fabulous 50s workouts over the last several months for 30 mins a day and the results are paying of, I also use a calorie counting app and managed to drop a dress size and now maintain a healthy weight and size.thankyou

I’m definitely not over 50, but this workout was still so much fun for me! I ran during the walking parts, and it got my heart rate up and got me super sweaty!💪🏼
Low impact workouts keep you in shape just as much as Medium to High impact workouts do, if the exercises are done correctly then they'll be just as effective, consistency is important as well doing at least three workouts a week,f I can be of help as well

Hello from Bali, i had my 72 nd birthday last week, and just completed 15 minutes of this routine first effort. I’m sure I’ll be up to 30 minutes by next week. (I had just completed the Arms with no weights) The PERFECT walking routine! The 30 seconds switches relieve boredom I usually find in exercise routines.. Happily retiring my repetitious exercise bike . The other thing I love about your routines…I can do them easily while traveling, no equipment , no worries about finding a location or the weather…ie no EXCUSES!

My husband and I are in our 60's. We discovered your videos are are now religious followers. We really love your positive motivation! We are also fans of BOTH timers; one for current exercise and one for overall minutes remaining in workout. It helps you hang in there seeing the seconds tick down. Also, we appreciate when you have a split screen to show the next upcoming exercise. This way we are able to start immediately rather than waiting for a demonstration and then starting as it feels like seconds and reps are lost. Overall we are pleased with the variety of times and different exercises and of course your words of encouragement and your bright smile! :)

I love how this workout gets all your muscles going! It is my go to video when I want a total body pick me up. I especially like how I can increase or decrease my intensity depending what kind of day I am having.

I started using your clips a good year ago to work on my arms. I ended up stopping along the way, but I got going again this year. I am at day 56 and I try to do a clip or two a day, combined with 10 thousand steps outside my home. I have lost 5 kilos and feel so much better. Another 15 kilos to go. Thank you for making these clips so people like me can work out at our own pace at home and still see results.

This has become my ‘go to’ work out. I’ve stepped it up enough that I regularly get over 4000 steps with it and I feel so invigorated. I’ve now reached my goal weight and am learning to ‘maintain’ with adjusting my food intake balanced with exercise. I’m finding it difficult to stop losing weight. Someone suggested I cut back a couple of days working out as I’ve already increased my food intake. I’m finding I miss it when I skip a day. At least this is a issue I never foresaw! Then, I had a bad fall in my neighborhood (broken arm, teeth, glasses, many stitches) in late 2020 and was too anxious to walk outside anymore. Exactly 6 months ago - 1/3/22 - I was searching in UA-cam for an indoor walking routine and found this workout. I loved it immediately. Just perfect for me. I have done it every day since then, along with several others (knee pain, arm strengthening, stretching). It is like a miracle for me. I have lost almost 20 pounds with no change to my eating habits (already ate fairly healthily) and feel better than I have in years. Most importantly, it has given me my confidence back. **you are great I'm 57 and my mom is 83 and we do this every morning. I must admit that the first time I did this I only got to 10 mins my mom made 20 but the more we did it the longer we got. I had a stroke in 2015 so my balance is off somewhat, but i have done the video all the way through and feel wonderful, so does my mom. I'm so glad we have found this video. You are so wonderful

I am 61 yrs old, I have a weak left leg due to Multiple Sclerosis & last year a right knee replacement. So decided to try your 10 min HIIT instead of my usual yoga practice. Schellea, I have been doing your workout every day for 5 months. I live in Georgia, in the Caucasus. I work as a tourist guide. We have one beautiful destination, Cave City, where we climb rocks. I used to have a hard time getting up there. I couldn't breathe anymore, I could hardly drag my legs. After doing your exercises, I am no longer afraid to walk, nor to climb hills, nor to get tired. I’m 62 and woefully out of shape. Started my diet in June and I’m losing! But I needed to add exercise. I stumbled onto your videos. Started with the 10 min standing ab workout. It was tough to get started but I’m doing it for 2 weeks now and totally enjoying it. Today, I discovered the 30 min workout. So I thought I’d try that too. Boy it kicked my butt, BUT somehow I actually made it through the entire 30 minutes. Than you so much for inspiring me to do this for myself. I feel great!

I am 63 with a lot of health problems. This is an amazing work out for me and I can now do it all everyday. I cannot get on the floor or squat with my knees how other work outs require you too. I am very overweight and slowly I feel it doing good and my heart rate is returning to normal quicker. Thank you from the bottom of my heart you literally are a life saver. Its fun too.

Bravo to you Bev! I’m also 63 with different health issues than you, nothing life threatening but since my fibromyalgia in 2015 and cancer in 2016, my otherwise quite good fitness level has taken a dive. Its tricky to exercise with fibro, its easy to overdue it and then you have muscle pain for days. Long term affects of chemo are shortness of breath. So you need to achieve a fine balance of some cardio challenge without overstraining muscles. You know, this seems to do the job. So far so good--makes me sweat but not hurt!! And is fun!! I. Am. Thrilled.
I started my weight loss Journey AGAIN, at the end of November. This is the 4th time in my 70 years that I’ve done this. I’ve lost weight using various ‘diets’. When I gained weight after each previous time, I’ve gained back plus more. The last time, I vowed I would never ‘diet’ again. My breakdown points previously were unrealistic eating habits that were not sustainable over the long haul AND I don’t like ‘walking for exercise’ well, to be honest, exercise at all. Things that get me moving are playing with children and walking for my photography interest. Schellea, you have taught, motivated, inspired me to believe that I can maintain my weight loss. I thank you!

Great 30 minutes Cardio videos Schellea. I've made myself playlists, so I do a 30 mins Cardio, followed by 10 mins toning and finish with a stretch. Brilliant! I've been working out with you for a year now and can really feel and see the difference, I'm not a fabulous 50 though I'm a stupendous sixty seven!

I decided to add walking to my yoga workouts and gave this one a try, so happy I did. I felt great after and more than ready for a yoga practice. Keeping myself strong is a must for me having Lupus and R A etc.
I've done various fabulous 50s workouts over the last several months for 30 mins a day and the results are paying of, I also use a calorie counting app and managed to drop a dress size and now maintain a healthy weight and size.thankyou

I’m definitely not over 50, but this workout was still so much fun for me! I ran during the walking parts, and it got my heart rate up and got me super sweaty!💪🏼
Low impact workouts keep you in shape just as much as Medium to High impact workouts do, if the exercises are done correctly then they'll be just as effective, consistency is important as well doing at least three workouts a week,f I can be of help as well

Hello from Bali, i had my 72 nd birthday last week, and just completed 15 minutes of this routine first effort. I’m sure I’ll be up to 30 minutes by next week. (I had just completed the Arms with no weights)
The PERFECT walking routine! The 30 seconds switches relieve boredom I usually find in exercise routines.. Happily retiring my repetitious exercise bike .
The other thing I love about your routines…I can do them easily while traveling, no equipment , no worries about finding a location or the weather…ie no EXCUSES!

My husband and I are in our 60's. We discovered your videos are are now religious followers. We really love your positive motivation! We are also fans of BOTH timers; one for current exercise and one for overall minutes remaining in workout. It helps you hang in there seeing the seconds tick down. Also, we appreciate when you have a split screen to show the next upcoming exercise. This way we are able to start immediately rather than waiting for a demonstration and then starting as it feels like seconds and reps are lost. Overall we are pleased with the variety of times and different exercises and of course your words of encouragement and your bright smile! :)

I started using your clips a good year ago to work on my arms. I ended up stopping along the way, but I got going again this year. I am at day 56 and I try to do a clip or two a day, combined with 10 thousand steps outside my home. I have lost 5 kilos and feel so much better. Another 15 kilos to go. Thank you for making these clips so people like me can work out at our own pace at home and still see results.

This has become my ‘go to’ work out. I’ve stepped it up enough that I regularly get over 4000 steps with it and I feel so invigorated. I’ve now reached my goal weight and am learning to ‘maintain’ with adjusting my food intake balanced with exercise. I’m finding it difficult to stop losing weight. Someone suggested I cut back a couple of days working out as I’ve already increased my food intake. I’m finding I miss it when I skip a day. At least this is a issue I never foresaw! Hello from Greece!!! I found your videos as I was looking for something suitable for me as I'm not fabulous 50 but fabulous 60. I have a problem with my right leg and most workouts are not for me. I managed to do your 30 minutes workout and I am very happy with myself!!! Thank you so much. You're so encouraging and I am grateful I found your videos.
Really enjoyed this for my first workouts with you , lots of variety and didn’t my hurt injured shoulder - in the UK and nearly the end of my 50s ☺️

After Fabulous 50s exercises for a year and a half with you, keto diet and no sugar I feel good at 47 ponds lighter and better strength. You are fabulous because you make it fun with lots of encouragement. This is my favorite one with fast and mainly insrumental music.

Just started with your programs last week and I'm hooked. LOVE everything about it. Was the missing piece in everything I already do to stay healthy emotionally, mentally and physically
