My friend introduced me to your exercises, I have MS & had a stroke resulting in left sided weakness. Your exercises have improved my balance, I have to hold on to my Walker I've no coordination, struggle to move both arms & both legs at the same time, but that's ok as I can adapt it to what I can do & who knows one day I may be able to do it properly? I am improving so thankyou.

When I first started (early May) with the 30 minute ones, and even 20's, I broke them into segments and took breaks in between. Sometimes pretty long breaks, LOL. I totally agree with lisj3462 -- just try to do some and little by little you'll get stronger and in no time you'll be powering through! Hang in!

I was feeling very low and depressed today, thanks to the grey winter outside and the rising corona infections in Germany. Was going to skip working out. Hello Shelly, I’m going to be 68 in three months and I love this video and many of the others. I was a GOGO dancer in the 60’s and I dance thur most of the walks. I’m sweating when finished and just love it. I do my 30 minutes of yoga first, then this video (and sometimes more of your videos, like the sit down Abs and 15 minutes stretch). Then I’m outside in nature and walking for about 1 hour each day or maybe a hike. I have never gone to a gym, I took Zumba dance, and Yoga Fit classes as well as other fitness classes for past 20 years. Love these❤️❤️ thanks so much for sharing them with us.
Dear Schellea... good afternoon from India. Along with the second phase of the 14 day challenge, I could not resist the 30 minute fat burning walk. It was amazing. After the 30 minute walk I asked my body 'does any part of my body part feels not worked out today' ? All the parts of my body in unison agreed that they were all feeling the effect 🤗 I honestly can't thank you enough the way you lead us towards fitness with ur hardwork, gentle push n an infectious smile. I just started your workouts. At 67 and 257#, I felt too out of shape to be able to do them. Now, between Weight Watchers, walking, treadmill & strength training for two months (& weighing 20 # less), I am doing them. I love your words of encouragement. So far, in 36 days with modification of my nutrition plan (low carb, more proteins and healthy fats) I've managed to take off 12 lbs! Your workout videos are the only ones that motivate me when I just don't feel like moving my body so I'm in debt to you for your wonderful approach to fitness. This one is getting much easier to do! I have just started following you about 2 weeks ago. I am a retired chef and used to be a Zumba Gold Instructor.......then COVID-19 hit. Needless to say, that was shot right out the window. I then took a desk job for about 18 months. I was miserable. I could feel my body changing, and not in a good way! I quit about 6 months ago, but I packed on a solid 10 lbs just from sitting all day. I started my own food business in the heat of COVID. I'm not one to enjoy going to the gym much and I stumbled upon your channel. I have always done some type of exercise but 7 years ago I had a vertigo episode and haven’t felt right since. I found your excercises when CovidIstarted and haven’t stopped thank you so much for your variety in excercises. I also want to always thank Jehovah God for a body that can excercises and move.

I hate to exercise Schllea, but you’re right- if you don’t lose it you lose it. I stopped exercising with you last year when my partner was diagnosed with a horrible terminal illness. I started working out with Schellea Fowler in December now 6 month late, I was having problems with my hip, shoulder and knees hurting After MRI and medication nothing help. but working out 30 minutes in the morning and walking outside 30 min in the evening, They no longer hurt and I have lost 10 lbs. I have been doing this 30 minute fat burning exercise for a few months and I love it. I would never be able to jog or run in place for 30 minutes, without the break up for toning exercises. I LOVE it and I have lost 20 lbs.

Thank you for your encouraging words and exercises. I appreciate you so much. I got yo a place a few years ago where I quit exercising because I wasnt seeing any improvement in my body or mind. I have been exercising with you for a few months now and I havent got.bored or discouraged and quit. I am so thankful for you. Me and my brother lost our mom to parkinsons December 26 2021 and it was so difficult watching her not be able to do for herself anymore. We decided we would do everything possible to strengthen our bodies hopefully avoiding that debilitating disease. I believe god led me to you. You are a blessing.
Just wanted to say I love this routine and the way you put it together. I’ve followed it so many times. I’m 51 and in pretty good shape; this routine is so easy to follow I can do it anytime of day and either pick up the pace or slow down based on my energy level and how many steps/calories I want to burn. 😊

I just started your workouts. At 67 and 257#, I felt too out of shape to be able to do them. Now, between Weight Watchers, walking, treadmill & strength training for two months (& weighing 20 # less), I am doing them. I love your words of encouragement. Do add other 25 - 35 min low impact standing workouts. Theme music 60s 70s 80s. Excited to follow and keep moving 5 - 6 times per week.
I put on music that I also enjoy working out to. It really helps!

So far, in 36 days with modification of my nutrition plan (low carb, more proteins and healthy fats) I've managed to take off 12 lbs! Your workout videos are the only ones that motivate me when I just don't feel like moving my body so I'm in debt to you for your wonderful approach to fitness. This one is getting much easier to do! Thanks so much Schellea! I've turned my daughter on to your workouts and she too has thoroughly enjoyed them. I'm feeling so encouraged.
I have just started following you about 2 weeks ago. I am a retired chef and used to be a Zumba Gold Instructor.......then COVID-19 hit. Needless to say, that was shot right out the window. I then took a desk job for about 18 months. I was miserable. I could feel my body changing, and not in a good way! I quit about 6 months ago, but I packed on a solid 10 lbs just from sitting all day. I started my own food business in the heat of COVID. I'm not one to enjoy going to the gym much and I stumbled upon your channel. I have been very encouraged since working out again, especially with the fabulously wide variety of videos. Thank you so much!!!!!!

Another in home full body in home walk program is Leslie Sansone who is really the originator of this type of workout. UA-cam her. Lots of great doable workouts. I’ve been following her for about 15 years.

I have always done some type of exercise but 7 years ago I had a vertigo episode and haven’t felt right since. I found your excercises when CovidIstarted and haven’t stopped thank you so much for your variety in excercises. I also want to always thank Jehovah God for a body that can excercises and move.

I am taking part in the 14 day challenge which I do first thing in the morning. I start to get lethargic and my mood can drop in the afternoon - waiting to find out when our First Minister is going to give non essential offices the heads up to open again after 4+ months, not happening any time soon it seems ☹️. Maybe I'll have dropped a clothes size in that time 🤞

I'm on the break. puffing... lol im on day 7 and I'm feeling fabulous. I see what I want to be. strong. i'm doing Jan challenge. It's working out beautifully. I'm feelin my core. I know it will take some time but Im going to enjoy the ride. this has been the only exercise program that I can commit to. Thank you Schellea!

Hi Shelly, I’m 74, had a total knee replacement last November, and need to take off twenty or more pounds. I discovered your morning stretches on Utube about a 1 1/2 months ago. I now do them when I first get up. The first of this month I started doing your 30 mins cardio for women over 50. Now I do them everyday.

Thanks aillions chealeh for this wonderful work out, I feel so great, sweating and energetic, all your work out are so effective, before starting your workout I use to walk at the evening walking for an hour to keep me sweating and fit. After knowing your work out I do twice a day , and the effect is so great. I recommended you to others highly🙏
I hate to exercise Schllea, but you’re right- if you don’t lose it you lose it. I stopped exercising with you last year when my partner was diagnosed with a horrible terminal illness. Today is day 5 back on your program, I’m feeling less sad, less irritable. So I’m grateful to you for getting me off my butt and grateful for your encouragement. Not even 35 yet, and yet I did it and really enjoyed it. I did it because I couldn't do my daily walk outside (too much rain for my liking), so that was a really awesome replacement.

I started working out with Schellea Fowler in December now 6 month late, I was having problems with my hip, shoulder and knees hurting After MRI and medication nothing help. but working out 30 minutes in the morning and walking outside 30 min in the evening, They no longer hurt and I have lost 10 lbs. Thank you!
I have been doing this 30 minute fat burning exercise for a few months and I love it. I would never be able to jog or run in place for 30 minutes, without the break up for toning exercises. I LOVE it and I have lost 20 lbs.

Thank you for your encouraging words and exercises. I appreciate you so much. I got yo a place a few years ago where I quit exercising because I wasnt seeing any improvement in my body or mind. I have been exercising with you for a few months now and I havent got.bored or discouraged and quit. I am so thankful for you. Me and my brother lost our mom to parkinsons December 26 2021 and it was so difficult watching her not be able to do for herself anymore. We decided we would do everything possible to strengthen our bodies hopefully avoiding that debilitating disease. I believe god led me to you. You are a blessing.
Just wanted to say I love this routine and the way you put it together. I’ve followed it so many times. I’m 51 and in pretty good shape; this routine is so easy to follow I can do it anytime of day and either pick up the pace or slow down based on my energy level and how many steps/calories I want to burn. 😊
