    I’ve been doing this workout for almost 3 weeks, along with all of my cardio and strength training. I haven’t found any other an workout that hurts/ works this well. And honestly, I have an ab line!!

    Nothing as an efficient and fun short abs session after a personalized session! Today I targeted arms, shoulders, and abs, and wanted more and finished my day with this excellent workout. Thanks, Caroline!

    I want abs in 10 minutes. I joined a gym yesterday. Then I realized I don't know any exercises. Last time I was in a gym was over 14 years ago. That is why I am watching this video.

    Why is 10mins so long when it comes to abs 😂 I hate doing these workouts but I'm forcing myself to do a couple a week as I know my abs/core isn't strong. Maybe one day I'll enjoy them 😅

    As a beginner I believed the “Get abs in 2 weeks”. I thought that is I did an ab workout everyday for two weeks I would get abs. These videos were toxic for me. I was so mad at myself because I wasn’t getting the results I wanted and that I thought I was guaranteed to get. I pushed myself way too hard. I was just a beginner and couldn’t take the intense workouts I was trying to do. It has taken me the past year to realize that results don’t come fast. Even though I don’t have the body I have wanted when I started working out, I feel so much stronger. It has taken me a year to get the little amount of abs I see now. But I know that my abs are so strong even though they aren’t very visible. Remember to love yourself through the process! Be patient and you will get stronger!

      I’m sorry but I’m confused on how you thought abs were born in just a couple weeks…abs can be stronger by working out but abs are created also by diet- as in low body fat…you cheated yourself by not doing your research.

      Yes best description!!! I can't stand how some people say for instance "slim legs in 20 minutes " fitness is a life long journey it doesn't happen overnight and new people to working out need to know this. This was a fantastic rest day ab workout. Hope everyone has a great day!

    I love working with Caroline so much ,, I am in recovery from an eating disorder and I’ve been pushing myself back against those voices as much as I can but I’ve been struggling with exercise addiction and generally find it difficult to enjoy a workout that I do, but I love the way Caroline’s workouts make me feel I always feel better and happy and not looking every three seconds at the screen for when it will end,, I definitely need to do more videos from her, she’s the best!

    Sorry I had to take a little break I was too sore
    Day 2 - my stomach was sore yet I went through it at the end I thought I was way easier and I don’t really feel pain also it’s less painful to move than on day 1

    I now cringe every time I see other UA-camrs' booty poppin' videos that get hundreds of thousands of views, but upon assessment of the workout, they are super basic... lol. Sucks for people who haven't found Caroline yet and think some angled glute enhanced pic is an indication of results in 20 or so minutes of basic exercises. Such false advertisements. I feel so lucky to have stumbled upon CG last year. THANK YOU FOR BEING YOU and for sharing your gift with the world CG. Love you so much!

    It would be much easier to follow this workout if you explained what to do before each set starts by talking. It’s not comfortable to pause the video to read/watch what you do, then rewind it to follow along as well as pause to take breaks.

    I get to 50% without pausing, but once we hit the alternating leg exercises, it burns 🔥 and I have to pause 😅

    I love how Caroline is honest and doesn’t try to click bait her subscribers with quick fixes, like “get abs in 10-15 minutes” which misleads people (cough cough, Chloe ting, cough cough.) thanks for keeping it real👍

      I honestly don’t understand how gullible people have to be to think they would have abs in 10 minutes💀💀 It’s humanly impossible (unless you get surgical ab implants)

    The description and title is exactly why I love this channel so much. By focusing on strength and health benefits over aesthetics it has helped me actually have fun and stay motivated to the point where my increased strength is noticable in my everyday life, which also makes it addicting and makes me want to lift heavier. A little fat comes and goes depending on the time of the year but the strength is always there so no worry!

    The way I could only do 0.1% of this workout 😭 Realizing I used to be able to do some of these exercises but now I can’t makes me realize how much strength I’ve lost and I wanna get that back.
    Edit: Seeing that I can actually do more of these exercises about a week later Is pretty nice :)
