Next up on torturing hector in Low elo : We amputated one of hector’s arms to show how high elo fundamentals can outperform the need of consecutive usage of abilities and movement

As a jungle main, it can be frustrating to have the enemy team rotate every time the enemy jungle spots you, and yours are just farming. I don't think farm, don't roam was the lesson here. Not for a specific matchup, just how to do this in general. Thanks!
6:14 ohhhhhh that's why yasuos always rush greaves, now it makes sense!! LOL Anyways great vid, i completely agree about emotionally detaching yourself from a game when youre behind. Ive noticed that i do tent to get emotionally invested in games when im behind, like "i HAVE to come back" or "i HAVE to prove that im not bad" or something, but that just usually leads to me feeding more and making the game even harder. One or two deaths does not equal game over in most elos. Many deaths over the course of many minutes does.
Yeah, he should've just gone afk. But for real he needed to break the freeze and crash the wave, there are a few ways he could've done that the safest would've been to bait out Cassio q and then try to hard shove the wave or try to get his jungler to help him or just trade with Cassio without dying before she can tank/stack the minions thereby denying the freeze before it even starts. Those are all suboptimal options but better than just dying and being frozen on.
7:05 HERE! HERE! **Raises Hand** I have a question!! I have a question here! When Graves freezes lane here, does he just recall immediately instead of getting the cs in the freeze? Wouldn't the lane push back due to that rule where if minions are closer to one side, it'll push to the other? Meaning, the wave would push back from that frozen state back towards Hector's tower, giving Hector control again by the time Graves gets back? Edit: Now that I think about it, since the minion waves only just got there, that's what gives Graves the time to recall. Meaning even if there's another minion wave to spawn, it'll be late enough that the freeze will continue? My question is basically, does Graves just recall immediately as the minion waves crash into each other at the freeze? Or does he cs at all? Just a little step-by-step elaboration so I don't misunderstand anything in that scenario would be godsend.
If he cs the wave he will either break the freeze or waste time so when he recalls the enemy is already near the lane and can easily break your freeze, I might be wrong tho.
What the Graves should do is tank/pull the wave so it freezes then immediately recall. The wave will stay in the same spot for that entire time because the enemy minion advantage isn't large enough at that point, and when he comes back to it he'll have a ton more minions to farm and will have denied a ton more. Even minion rule is even minion rule, if there's 3 more casters for the opponent it's not even.
I'm not too good at wave control, but I think this: First we freeze to denial a bunch of cs and xp to ryze , graves can do others things in this state this like deep warding , or cs, in the recall option graves lost a little cs but come back with item advantage because he is already ahead of ryze and when the two come back the lane will be in a state of freeze(probably they will be back with the second wave because a wave is already there), after that different things can happen again, graves can collect all cs and make and slow push or set a gank but if no one touch the wave probably it will apply the rule that you say or the wave will crash under graves tower , but this scenario it's not gonna happen probably never. Sorry if my English is bad
@@ijuka Ah right, those 3 extra minions makes it take longer for Graves' minions to kill the opposing wave. This lets the freeze stay in place despite Graves' next wave of minions arriving first.
So as far as 13:06 goes. You say that he pushes the wave first BEFORE going to help the jungler, is that ALWAYS correct? Lets say the two enemies were at 20% hp both of them when they were killing reksai and you could guarantee a double kill or at the very least that both die (maybe your top laner or jungler gets one of the kills) would it still be correct? The reason I'm asking is that in high elo streams, and especially KR ones, there seems to be a "I help first with disregard to what is happening in my lane" attitude, which often makes for some very seldom seen SoloQ moments and rotations, but I'd imagine that is only something one should do in high elo then, or?
2:50 Umm... in that following bit I can't see that Vladimir hasn't bought any items. I can only see that he pushed the wave, and used up his special bar doing so. How am I supposed to identify something I can't see?
I’d just be confused forever without these videos. I would have been confused how I was winning and in the end fizz was ahead. I would have thought that fizz is broken.... but it really is that I’m bad. THANKS FOR THE VIDS
how do you play from behind in toplane bruiser vs bruiser in diamond+ elo? it feels like if you get solo killed once you just can't walk up to farm in lane anymore if theyre freezing
If you freeze the lane , and then go base , we will be loosing farm too ? Or if jungle comes , another thing is can we roam while lane is freezed? Same as going base ? Obviously if enemy is not in lane .
Should I roam as a top laner if my lane is even but every other lane is feeding? or should I try to brute force the turret before I roam? is it worth to sacrifice my turret in exchange for helping my teammates get another objectives? (low elo questions)
when the sylas roamed in 10:45 around what I think is, sylas didn't pushed completely the wave in order fizz to lose xp and when he comes (sylas) back to lane he will had a decent wave to farm himself idk I am gold 1 player xd correct me higher elo players ty :D (no ironically)
These channel and listening to what LS said thought me that this game is just about being smart and tilt proof rather than being a 1v9 mechanical God. Some champions will get you that slight edge in some games, but to get over the 50% wr is to actually be smart and understand the game. And that is just insane if you think about it... Its like playing chess (especially if you are a jungler)
For me the lessons are: Even if you roam after shoving the wave, don't spend too much time. Spam pings so people may notice it. Mute everyone from the start if you play lower than your real elo, especially if you have better game knowledge than your teammates. Keep learning/practicing.

6:14 ohhhhhh that's why yasuos always rush greaves, now it makes sense!! LOL
Anyways great vid, i completely agree about emotionally detaching yourself from a game when youre behind.
MASTERPIECE channel for every league players, insane work guys
4:10 what did Vladimir do wrong here? Was walking back to lane a low elo mistake?
Yeah, he should've just gone afk. But for real he needed to break the freeze and crash the wave, there are a few ways he could've done that the safest would've been to bait out Cassio q and then try to hard shove the wave or try to get his jungler to help him or just trade with Cassio without dying before she can tank/stack the minions thereby denying the freeze before it even starts. Those are all suboptimal options but better than just dying and being frozen on.
at 7:05, doesn't a three caster minion advantage result in the wave slowly pushing back towards the ryze? I thought you needed 4 casters to freeze...
Can you please do a jungle version of this? For example what to do when your top layer doesn't leash, or if you loose an invade
Can you make a video on how you come up with the game plans based on generalized match ups?
Wow, this is amazing. Do u guys have a similar video, but for junglers? That would be great to watch as well
Covered today are Roam timers and Wave Management. Two things that are non existent below diamond elo

7:05 HERE!
I'm not too good at wave control, but I think this:
First we freeze to denial a bunch of cs and xp to ryze , graves can do others things in this state this like deep warding , or cs, in the recall option graves lost a little cs but come back with item advantage because he is already ahead of ryze and when the two come back the lane will be in a state of freeze(probably they will be back with the second wave because a wave is already there), after that different things can happen again, graves can collect all cs and make and slow push or set a gank but if no one touch the wave probably it will apply the rule that you say or the wave will crash under graves tower , but this scenario it's not gonna happen probably never. Sorry if my English is bad
@@ijuka Ah right, those 3 extra minions makes it take longer for Graves' minions to kill the opposing wave. This lets the freeze stay in place despite Graves' next wave of minions arriving first.
This video is really helpful never sure what to do when behind especially when mid
Ohhh another episode and Hector is in, how lovely! Thanks guys ♥
1:55
*“Almost everything this Vladimir will do will be a mistake”*
Ooofff
The way you word things makes it so easy to learn
Godlike
"There's no way you can come back... the only way to win is to execute the opponents' mistakes"
I will keep it in my mind
Thanks, sir.
I’d just be confused forever without these videos. I would have been confused how I was winning and in the end fizz was ahead. I would have thought that fizz is broken.... but it really is that I’m bad. THANKS FOR THE VIDS
Can someone Tell me the music of 8:39? I always Heard, but I never found
That Yas running it down faster with greaves was hilarious, I thought so he will screw toy in lane but you made him int LOL
that yas and berserker graves are perhaps the only thing we needed to know in this video
''Almost everything Vladimir will do will be a mistake'', ''even him breathing is a mistake'' popped in my head and I started laughing on my own
I really enjoyed the Hector commentary on trying to int without being super obvious about it
What a exccelent video! pls, don't stop with this quality content!
0:00 was that conqueror proc on fizz i just saw
Look at his runes, might help you.
Nice video :) I like seeing how my wave management improves and my lane states skyrockets. Also thanks for giving me viable current comeback stats.
One of the best videos you ever upload.
8:29 Thank you for being one of us (in the minority, mind you) that actually knows the definition of the word "literally."
I like those videos that you choose your option keep up the good work 👌
Thank you for these vids. Super helpful.
how do you play from behind in toplane bruiser vs bruiser in diamond+ elo? it feels like if you get solo killed once you just can't walk up to farm in lane anymore if theyre freezing
Really good info in this one! Thanks Hector you the boy
If you freeze the lane , and then go base , we will be loosing farm too ? Or if jungle comes , another thing is can we roam while lane is freezed? Same as going base ? Obviously if enemy is not in lane .
I'm definitely gonna buy a skillcapped membership after this
My iq increases every time i watch these kinds of videos
watched every single one of your vids, very helpful! I've climbed out of bronze and silver thanks to u! (currently gold 4)
Should I roam as a top laner if my lane is even but every other lane is feeding? or should I try to brute force the turret before I roam? is it worth to sacrifice my turret in exchange for helping my teammates get another objectives? (low elo questions)
Can you please do these kind of videos but about jungle? I want to improve my macro play as a jungler and get better at the game. Thanks!
when the sylas roamed in 10:45 around what I think is, sylas didn't pushed completely the wave in order fizz to lose xp and when he comes (sylas) back to lane he will had a decent wave to farm himself idk I am gold 1 player xd correct me higher elo players ty :D (no ironically)
"almost everything this vladimir will do will
be a mistake " feelsbadman 😂
very awesome video for us platinum player that are trying to learn advance technique
For me the lessons are:
Even if you roam after shoving the wave, don't spend too much time.
Spam pings so people may notice it.
Mute everyone from the start if you play lower than your real elo, especially if you have better game knowledge than your teammates.
Keep learning/practicing.
How do I get game knowledge and knowledge about matchups, spikes and all the macro? Great videos keep it up and stay healthy ;)
