    Forgot to ask David, did you go for HH or GG pads and if buying from weemoto there are cheaper options than the EBC brand, is there a reason you didn't get those...like are they no good?
    I apologise if you covered this and I missed it, kind regards Rob

      I always use HH Rob. They do wear the disks which adds to the cost but... I trust EBC. There are cheaper options which could even be better but I’ve never done the research so I just play safe. Sometimes it’s a risk reward thing. How much time would I need to spend in order to save a fiver on a set of pads? That said, I trust Wemoto so I’m sure the cheaper ones are just fine. Skäl. David

      Moto Mirius Thanks David I've spoken to them and been assured the only difference is the brand name, that said I appreciate your comments. I chose the GG however I'm sure being a softer compound they'll wear quicker but less damage to disc, let's see lol.
      (Skäl?? Viking for cheers????)
      Regards Rob

      Sounds good to me. I’ve never been sure which pads wear the quickest. Really down to personal taste I think.
      Well researched on that Rob! Skäl!

      Cheers Dave. I needed to do the front brakes and like all jobs it went from a five minute job to an all out rebuild. Skäl. David

      Cheers Springy. Thing is, my most watched videos are this sort of thing. People new to this don’t want to watch a generic bike video that might or might not be similar to their bike. They want to watch how it’s done on their bike, so yes! How’s the garden coming along? I’ve not had chance to catch up. Skäl. David

      Hi, it's working for me so it must be a network problem between you and UA-cam. Hopefully that will fix itself shortly. Skäl David

    Hi there I enjoy watching your tutorials Very much only one thing I struggle with is Getting the right parts for my 650s Suzuki bandit The only places I have purchased motorcycle parts from is eBay and Amazon Do you recommend a website or a shop for my bike

    • @MotoMirius
      @MotoMirius  2 роки тому

      Thanks. I almost never buy motorcycle parts from Amazon - you don't know what you are getting - lots of fake parts on Amazon. I tend to buy parts from Suzuki dealer websites that have online access to the parts department such as www.fowlersparts.co.uk/browser/manufacturer/suzuki or a general supplier such as www.wemoto.com/ But that will depend where you are.

    are they also floating discs too ?

    • @MotoMirius
      @MotoMirius  3 роки тому +1

      Front discs tend to be floating on most larger modern bikes, and that includes the Bandits. Even my Sportster has twin floating discs - though most Sportsters don't.
