dont be shy teach us how
You dirty pirate. You will pay for your sins
@@davidwarner1728 it actually happened to me 20 years ago during the Kazaa days. My cousin accidentally downloaded a file he wasn't supposed to download and all of my files went haywire. I stay away from piracies since then.
Oh ma gawd call da police
@@SlybellSosah lol such a scaredy cat.
It also happened to my laptop back in 2009 but that encourage me even more to learn about softwares instead.
i dont know how i got here but i had a good time.
That's what Bill Cosby hears when his friends leave.
You can actually resize the brush on PC with the "[" and "]" keys (square brackets).

I've been looking around for a good beginners tutorial for awhile and this was just what I needed! Thanks for taking the time to explain all the technical aspects of photoshop, a lot of tutorials I've watched take them for granted and don't explain what they're doing or why. Your teaching style is wonderful, I would have been ecstatic to have a teacher like you in school!
Brush resize you can use '[' and ']' and to move the area selected by the lasso tool, just simply press 'v' while there is something selected, then you can move the selected area without cutting and pasting.
" I've been coloring out the lines my whole life."
Thank you, made my day
I really like how he constantly fidgets with the position of the drawing surface incessantly. Makes it seem like you got tons of stuff going on really quickly like youre on a whole other level of skill man. Thats pretty much what ive learned from this video. Thanks youtube, im getting better all the time.
As someone who has worked with Photoshop for nearly a decade, I really appreciated this tutorial. I'm trying to teach someone how to use the software but I can't simply explain what I do and what I've learned over the years.
You actually went and took the time to show your process in real time and explained it in great detail (I love that you even talked a bit about yourself, makes it easier to pay attention when I can relate to the person teaching) so respect to you, sir!
You've earned yourself another sub. Keep up the awesome work.
Very kind words…thank you very much. It is a pleasure to help and inspire…and your words make the past 6 years of doing UA-cam worth it. Thank you again.
Michael
you are the nicest person ever. Thanks!
Love this character!
Man you teach with so much passion! love it
Now 2023 and a big thank you from Sydney, Aust. I'm hoping to get into the Zen of drawing more this year and your excellent and engaging vid was just the thing! Happy New Year and cheers - Dave
At 49:38 after making the selection, just do "alt+del/backspace" or "ctrl+del/backspace" to fill in the colors on the selected layer based on foreground and background colors in the tool bar.
This was so so helpful thank you!
I learned a lot from your video, tysm mr Clarida!!
I am just getting into digital art and I thought I would watch a beginner's guide or something but I ended up here. This was so captivating, I watched through the entire 1 hr and 19 mins wholeheartedly. This is like Bob Ross 2.0. Loved it and had an amazing time. You definitely deserve more subs. Liked and Subbed.
Cool! Thank you:)
@@MichaelClaridaArts Thank you Sir ❤💕💕🧚🏼♀️
Hello .where a
I can get good brushes? Thx
he's the most wholesome man i saw
I enjoyed your beautiful art tutorial. I've always been struggling to learn how to draw, and I think this tutorial just gave me a little boost of confidence. I'm looking forward to start my first drawing.
Cool! Always happy to help and inspire:)
You can resize your brush by holding alte key and dragging your pen left-right and hardness can be also changed by draggering up down
this is so helpful, thank you so much!
Omg i love your drawing style so much
thank you so much for the whole tutorial!!!
OMG! You are so good! I just purchased a Huion drawing tablet and I'm a little intimidated by it. Have not started using it yet, but hopefully this weekend I will get a chance to do so. I used to do a lot of traditional drawing and painting with pencil, pen and ink, watercolor, acrylic, etc., but got away from it, as I took up other interests. My latest thing is editing my photos in Photoshop and creating digital art from them, but I have been wanting to get into digital drawing and painting. I think it's time to jump in!
Nice!!! Go for it:)
Excelente demostracion ...muchas gracias !!!!
Thanks for sharing your thoughts and guidence ❤️
Dude, your painting is as simple and happy as you
I love ur art!!!!
Awesome brushes, amazing tutorial
Thank you. Newbie in Ps here. Still struggling but this tutorial really helps me.
This is so calming
Great Video, i used to wok as a graphic artist from 1992 - 2012 then quit graphics and began scoring music for film. stumbled on to your video by chance and stayed wanting to see what I missed in 10 years. i noticed my self checking off mentally, 1) still uses ONE good brush 90% of the time, 2) creates new layers "when risking" 3) Uses Transform when shit goes south >. CHECK, CHECK , AND CHECK! IM UP TO DATE . THANK YOUfor a great and detailed video
loveeee this tutorial, thanks a lot for this
He works for Disney director ! Man, before using any software which will just be a tool, one must know its fundamental - drawing in this case. He is too good at drawing. Years of experience and burning oil till mid night, I believe.
New to photo shop and watching this inane. Ive got so much to learn...lol
I give extra thumbs-ups for the family visiting. I was telling my husband it was too quiet and it felt cozy with people talking around you.
This was awesome!! Got a Wacom Intuos Pro for Christmas and used your tutorial for the first thing I've drawn on it and it came out amazing! Thank you!!

I prefer the way as you said, I'm a beginner but this is very helpful compared to explaining a quick way. this is suitable for beginners like me

Very helpful video. I liked it that it was long.
Hi sir. I have a question. Considering your experience could you please make a video with advise on when a piece of artwork is considered finished? What would generally be considered a ready to deliver product or service when it comes to this sort of design? Please make it into steps so that we can understand what needs to be done to make the artwork complete. Thanks.
Thank you

Drawing on Photoshop for the first time while playing your video, xD you're such a great company i was captivated the whole time and enjoyed drawing along
Also it's okay, the background noise wasn't too bad 😂
youre amazinggggggggggggggg thanks a lot
Thank you.
Is there a chance you can get this brush again ? :D And the work is freaking awesome man.
Mr. Clarida, this is awesome 1 hour drawing!
Do you used mouse or tablet ?
i draw with my mouse, wish to have tablet
Mike Moba Gaming tablet:) thank you!
Michael, whenever you buy a computer and want it to work fast on high dpi brushes and canvases, look for computers with the latest CPU and/or GPU, those are the parts that make photoshop faster.
Yea...I am realizing that. I have an older machine fit my desktop and it is having issues with the latest Photoshop. Crashes upon launch. I have to run a Photoshop version that is 3 years old.
@@MichaelClaridaArts ok, and if you are on a budget, you dont need to buy a new computer, just buy a faster compatible cpu than the one you have, and have someone installed it into your desktop.
thank you i hope 2 ink my first drawing in photoshop
Hi, I really enjoyed the video but I don’t know where to find that brush 😢
Nice work! What Kind of brush are you using in this art? I've been looking for but not found any like that
Hey sir ,love a lot about all of ur art design , btw u say at minute 15 we can get ur brush free , im interested ,how the way i could get that brush /download that brush sir?
THANK YOU! this was really helpful
Your video so good..i enjoyed it..Thankyou ..❤❤...but may I ask how to setting up Photoshop so it can zoom easily without affect the workspace?...I can't do that when i'm using my stylus Pen in Photoshop....
Can you please tell what brush you are using ?
Which brush are you using? Could you pls provide me the download link? Thanks
Hi. For sketching a character do i use a pencil for blocking the shapes or brush woulb be better?. Cause i see that while drawing the lines are not smooth they are jagged. So should I increase smoothing or keep it as it is?
Is it possible to leave a link with the brush's "configuration", perhaps with ones from Jose? It can really help us beginners.
Mmm...the brushes are like an encapsulated unit with presets and configurations set by the creator. I suppose if you saw or had the brush file in question...you may be able to emulate the brush? I have not thought about it.
How do you change the extent of pressure u put to get more pencil out. Mine requires a lot pressure?
whats the link to the brush please!!
Nice! :)
