      Basmati rice is probably the healthiest to eat, but only about 1/2 a cup of boiled rice a day for the whole day. It has around 40grams of carbs. Best is to eat cooked rice the day after it is cooked, this reduced the rice’s ability to increase your blood insulin

    I walk 15000 steps
    Drink lime water
    I’m diebetic
    I started having more salad greens
    I eat sardough bread is that good
    Seriously I’m getting fit specifically doing 13 kilometres walk a day

    Assalamualaikum warahmatullahewabarakatu JazakALLAHU khairan kaseera for such helpful tips,I have experienced this I gained around 8 kgs because of sugar because I was suffering from gastritis and mild gerd so my diet was based on carbs mostly otherwise I eat more proteins and fats as compared to carbs which was helpful in maintaining my weight May ALLAH PAK makes it easy for all of us to eat healthy and live healthier lives Aameen
