    I mix the coffee powder with the wisky first, been making my own for 30 years....Cheers form Australia

    Hi! Beautiful video! What is the shelf life of the home version of Irish Cream? Should it be kept in the fridge or at normal temp? Thank you!😊

      Hi there, this needs to be kept in the fridge and should last for at least 1 month. Don't keep in the door section though as it won't keep it cold enough. Hope you like it if you give it a try. Kind regards, Sharon

    Pour the cream into the small mixing bowl so you get it all out

    Amaretto or almond extract instead of vanilla for a more authentic taste

    I add a pinch of grated nutmeg + ¼ tsp cinnamon pwdr for tat xtra kick in the blender..

    Ok, I know this is a stupid question. But... i can’t find heavy cream in my supermarket. Aside from the dolloping creams, which look much thicker than yours, there’s pouring cream, pure cream, thickened cream, and cooking cream. No heavy cream. Help?

      Use half and half. A little lighter texture but super smooth. I also add a little almond extract or 2 or 3 oz of amaretto.

      Hi there. The ingredients are Ingredients
      300ml heavy cream
      395g can of sweetened condensed milk
      1/2 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
      1 teaspoon instant coffee granules
      1 teaspoon vanilla extract
      340ml Irish whiskey (I used Tullamore Dew)

    Replace the vanilla with almond extract. It is also helpful when you are making a recipe video to include the measurements of the ingredients.

    What is the qty of fresh cream and whisky that you used in the recipe??
