On the other hand, there are also some highly-skilled people who come to this country and have a positive impact. For example, people come here to invest in and start their own companies. Furthermore, students graduate from universities they have attended in this country and go on to invest heavily into the economy.
I do not understand why people are employed in customer-facing roles when they cannot communicate and explain things properly. People in such roles also need to know how to de-escalate situations. It is also beneficial to know how to listen to people. At the very least, people in such roles should take the time to introduce themselves politely. This can have a benefical impact upon any subsequent interaction.

are doing''.....let us assume they do, then one officer could possibly interview ? many a day....I'll stop here before this nonsense
gets worse.....what must they be thinking in their petty little minds......pity the Two Ronnies were not alive to parody this notion
to give the rest of us a good old belly laugh...........

One of the better interactions from the Met. Unlike that shower of criminals over at Charing Cross.

It's a good idea to call them sir. If it ever came to it you can obviously be seen to being respectful to the idiots. It's a small thing but it appears to put you on a higher moral ground by behaving that way.

What is the point of having someone on the gate with no communication skills. Clearly no training. More likely to cause an incident than prevent one. Fortunately the inspector was there. Why armed response when 2 guys come out without any protection.?

15:55 I don't know why police think that it's useful to remind people to be careful about cars when the people have lived with cars driving on roads for their whole life. All it does is make the police look bad. It highlights their robotic attitude of sticking to the training script without engaging their single brain cell.
