Congratulations to Stella and to all the Team who helped her - it’s so awesome to see a person come so far! My daughter Hannah was diagnosed with FND two years ago, and she/we had a tough experience early on. I took a deep, deep dive trying to figure things out, first via the site “FND Hope” and then mainly through you, Julie - we’ve had a goal to come see you ever since I’ve found you here on UA-cam (we are in Houston TX). But in the meantime I watch your videos faithfully and implement things with Hannah as much as possible (when I don’t overwhelm her with “too much information”). I am a Pilates/Fitness Professional of 35+ years, and have always taught that “movement is medicine,” until it became Hannah’s “curse” when she suddenly was having seizures and uncontrolled shakes. It has been a journey, but she’s moving into her own place again in two weeks, and back to full time work as a speech therapist! And I credit everything I/we have learned from you guys at Re+Active - even from afar! One day I hope we’ll meet & I can hug you & thank you in person, Julie! ❤

I've yet to be diagnosed but I didn't eat or walk for nearly 7 months, now I'm fighting this and I've been walking and eating for 3 months
