I like that you focus on the intersection of plumbing and pest problems. Amazing how hand-in-hand they go. Water and pests can cause so much damage to property and distress to residents. Sweet dance moves are a great bonus!

I picked up 12 rats today in my rat evo stations traps at various customer’s properties before 10:00AM today, then I continued on with my day with other pest control stops. I’m out from before sunup till sundown every day.

I'd use a Fernco with a shear band to make sure the rats can't chew through the patch. That ABS wouldn't stop a rat if they decided to chew. Regardless of what you use for a patch, the pipe is compromised and will fail further. I did a house a few months ago where someone had previously patched a hole in the cast iron vent stack with a soup can and a couple of hose clamps. It worked for a couple of years until the crack creeped up above the patch and another chunk of pipe fell off.

Where were the rats coming from if you sealed the pipe?
They came through the lower end of the vent stack, when we sealed up that hole, goose were left over rats inside the wall we caught.

A notification for the Twins appeared on my phone while I already had UA-cam open. It literally said "...rat meat" in the thumbnail. The Foo Fighters tribute to Taylor Hawkins in England was a current event at that time period for a solid 10 days or more. I watch it once a week regardless.

When there is a mixture of fresh air and urine smell we’re good.
We definitely will die sooner because of the stuff we breathe over 35 years of doing this.
Watching from Norway, in Europe. I have four cameras in my basement, I think it's just one rat, but I haven't seen it on camera for maybe a week, and I have closed up all the points up to the floor beams. If I have more problem, I order a privat jet, a RatJet, and bring you guys over, and you can make a youtube video of it.. haha, that would be expensive, so let's hope not!
