My friends have been having rap problems in their backyard. I told him to block up all instances and they have rocks in the backyard and they’ve been hiding under the rocks. I’ve been telling them all the methods that you guys been using every video.

So, I didn't buy any twintraps, because I live on similar conditions as the last house on the video(I wish it was a nice of house as the one in the video) anyhow, I don't have them inside my house, but I constantly caught mice with glue traps trying to sneak in through the bulkhead of my basement and also I caught them getting into my shed. Now, I just order a couple of traps, but I really wanted the vacuum trap to keep them in check.

Probably should have used the same bait in both the A24 and the Rat Vac. otherwise it’s not really a fair comparison. The A24 and the larger A18 are fairly expensive. People report mixed results.
If your spending 36.00 on their bait and claim that it lures the rodents in, it better for that price.

Great question! The problem with trying to add more bait to the A-24 is that your limited to how much, if you put to much then you won’t catch them and you will be feeding them. Our rat Vac is in production now. So will be launching soon. 🙏❤️

I had rats come in the house my family lives in 2 times and got them ourselves. we basicly blocked up the TV room/Living room with 2 white boards and a few boxes, then my nani and mother waited for the rat by the entrence of the living room then they swept it preventing it from going in the passage then when the rat didn't irritate us we left it alone and watched a movie then it went past by my feet then the nani and my mom swept it and left the door open then we saw a very fast movement and it was the rat so it came out from the door and i was the first one who realized there was a rat in the house in the afternoon because i heard boxes moving by the kitchen room door and saw 2 rat poops

TWINS! Just wondering if the gas erodes the mesh over time and you stuff the risers with mesh before you put your rubber caps, won’t the mesh erode over time and allow the rats access to chew through the caps???

So the big difference is the combination of the outside element such as rain and sun mixed with the sewer gases. We don’t get that with the coated mesh inside the pipe l.

Deer mice entry is actually a big problem in mountain areas because of hantavirus. Human infections are rare, but hantavirus is incredibly deadly with no cure. One really wants to be careful with deer mice feces/urine and carcasses, especially in enclosed areas, and follow cdc recommended procedure for cleaning up to minimize risk.

Can’t seal up the weep screed, but behind it. Now, when the stucco is not at all exposed to rain doesn’t matter.

Jim, Dave. I really would appreciate more info about what kind of schedule rating are those hood vents you guys invented. I know with PVC piping they have a hard time going through 40 and up but also have seen what they can do overtime. Love what y'all do. the problem with bait boxes is it takes days of eating on them before they kill
Most rats will nibble and see if it is good for them, if they don’t feel well, they won’t go back.
@TwinHomeExperts the rats that come in my back yard eat them completely but I haven't been able to get rid of them for good . Going on 4 years . I wouldnt put bait boxes next to my house that's like an open invitation . recently started using gopher bait in peanut butter . it kills them in a day . As long as I can keep them off my fruit trees and away from the house I'm ok . unfortunately they Don't live in my yard but in my neighbor's
I don't buy bait boxes I use abs pipe and a long screw though the baits
