I'm a simple man, I see a twin home experts video I click it and watch it! Love the content, its entertaining and informative! I have a question do rats chew the sewer pipes or do the pipes decay and rust after awhile with age?

I love the content. Only question is, if you excluded internally as well as externally how were the rats able to get back into the area you set the trap as surely they would have been blocked from entry to that area. Asking because I am keen to learn more
yeah, I think they probably need to place a camera directly in the walls to maybe locate that.
I’m guessing they were hiding when that was happening somehow but if that’s NOT the case then I’d like to know the answer too. These videos are definitely entertaining BUT also really informative. 👍🏼🙂

My son uses sticky traps. The largest ones he can buy & embeds one piece of dog food in the center. It's of course their last meal.

If the condensation line has a p trap on it which I can’t imagine it doesn’t bc the water wouldn’t be able to drain then there’s no air being sucked through the pipe.

I was a little bit distracted by that "stone" veneer around the outside of the house. Is that hand-shaped concrete? I have an ugly cinderblock wall I'd like to cover with something like that.

He tells us that it's the worst thing we can do is to put the whole pack of bait down, but he doesn't tell us why. Also most packets of bait tell u to put the whole packet down, it also says not to open the packet cuz the rats will chew through the pack.

do you wipe the enzyme off after you soak all the wood or just let it stay?
Depends on how bad the contamination is…. Vaccum first, spray & wipe OR just spray the enzyme and let it as it’s for lite contamination

It wasn't clear where the smoke was coming from.
It was a 50/50 shot on that wall. Sometimes you get it on the first cut and sometimes you don't.
