For example, on a busy day when there's no time at all, but you still want to do a small stretch and cardio, would it be okay to do this routine right away? i think you should increase your protein intake, it helps dramatically. try a protein shake with atleast 20grams protein on your workout days!
I always start with the 10 minutes warm up then come to this one. You videos are good man and I have made great progress with my body. S/O 🇿🇦
