Only cheap (ish) way to help that are strong retinoid derivatives and/or peels. Cheapest one on the market is probably the ordinary. Plus sunscreen/skin barrier repair products

The Ordinary is a very affordable brand yet effective. There's a bunch of drugstore options to choose from if you know what to look for. My top 3 brands are La Roche Posay, CeraVe, and Vanicream. And to oil cleanse? You can use straight up mineral oil that you'd find at the pharmacy. It's less likely to cause breakouts. Dr Dray is always recommending more affordable options over on her channel :)
Would you use these products alternatively with your regular routine. I have congestion on my nose and hormonal breakouts. So would I only do this routine when I’m breaking out?
Quick question. I have several rolling scars on my cheeks, causing "cottage cheese" appearance. I've had fraxel, peels, microderms, and dermapen, and 2 sets of bellafill. Other than bellafill, is there anything else that can remove all scars etc. I used to have such nice smooth skin, but broke out on cheek and it left indented scars which I Completely feel self conscious about. HEeelppp!

It's so interesting to me how everyone's skin is so different. Salicylic acid is good for mild acne but it's the only thing my skin likes for my bad cystic acne! Everyone loves benzoyl peroxide but it does literally nothing for me except make my skin itch lol
I was very new to skincare, didn’t wear sunscreen, I remembered I was trying to laugh at one point my face was so stiff, I was scared to laugh cause I thought it was gonna rip open...it was that bad. Benzoyl peroxide is a nightmare on my skin, but thank goodness salicylic acid works cause I have horrible acne
your skin might be too sensitive! i know my skin use to not be so sensitive but since i started using serums like low percent glycolic acids and combining that with the face cleanser i use, it stripped my skin of all protective barriers and left it crazy irritated. lol tried using a gentle cleanser and it will do the double cleanse but i find that just a single cleanse works best for my acne. I hope you find something that works better for you!
Depend on what oil you’re using and your skin type . If you have oily skin you should be using hemp seed oil , rosehip oil, avoacodo oil - oils that won’t clog your pores
In this context ,it means if a certain skin care product doesn't work for you and you've seen obvious signs it doesn't , then don't continue using it hoping that it would magically work somehow because it worked for everyone else. Hope this helped:)

I’m not sure if the weather causes breakouts but sometimes our skin needs change during the seasons and we need to adjust our routine to fit it.
