Love you but isnt Monat is an MLM company isnt it, been recommended to stay away from them as profiting not very nice or ethically minded people.... btw pop the Elemis cleanser in fridge, itll be fine, I did the same with my Emma hardie moringa cleansing balm, Amazing btw, it looks like its melted that's all! X
Great job on your decluttering , I really like the ordinary products and their low price point. I refuse to pay for overpriced products because of their brand 🤨
Don't worry about "not decluttering enough". It's amazing how ruthless you become over time, it just takes some practice so don't stress if you feel like you are still left with "too much", you'll probably go through stuff even further in the future and eventually come to a place where you feel comfortable with half the stuff you own now, maybe even less. It takes time to evaluate your needs, but you'll learn so much in the process. You're doing great! Also the quality of your latest videos is unreal, love it! P.S: the best decluttering tip I can think about when it comes to skincare/haircare/bodycare is to find the best option that works for you and stick to it: got a favorite shampoo? Just buy that one and forget about the so-so alternatives, it's better to have only one that works great than three that don't really do their job. Buying new stuff just to try it out often results in delusion and excessive clutter.
Totally agree with you! Decluttering and minimizing definitely calls for giving ourselves grace and time ❤️ and you’re so right on sticking to what works. They don’t call it a “routine” for nothing!
So satisfying. I got caught up in excessive skincare a couple years ago because I had bad acne. So much money and space wasted :( - Also, a suggestion for a sustainable razor; the Leaf razor!
I totally feel you - it becomes an obsession searching for the miracle product. The less I did to my skin, then better it ended up being! And thank you! I’ll check them out!
Is project panning considered as a form of decluttering ? I cannot see myself declutter some products that I just bought 😅. I feel that using them up will be my transition to become a minimalist. 🧐🤷🏾♀️
Thank you for the declutter! I enjoy watching these. I love skincare, even more than makeup. I do get caught up with "new" formulas, textures, and packaging. I love products that are cruelty-free and unscented for skincare. You've inspired me to go through what I have and evaluate whether to keep, give/donate or trash. 💙
This was a great video!! If you want a more sustainable razor for shaving, I recommend getting a safety razor! You get a really close shave and the blades are cheap to replace- they last a long time too. I got the Muhle R89 safety razor and honestly it's probably one of the best purchases I've ever made. I've had it for about 2-3 years now and I love it so much!
Just found your channel this evening while browsing Minimalism videos. I quite enjoyed this declutter video and your kitchen declutter. Great inspo for me on my journey towards minimalism and being less wasteful. Subscribed!
Hi Christina, the Elemis balm looks like this so it’s still good! The oil does separate from the balm part even after a short while so what I do is just give it a bit of a stir before I use it. But I also second the recommendation for DHC cleansing oil. It’s much easier to use and, unlike other cleansing oils, leave no oily residual nor makeup residual after use.
So good to know! Yes I stirred it up and it seems to be okay! Someone also suggested to put it in the fridge for a bit - I’ll try that! And this DHC cleanser sounds great. I’ll note it for when I run out of all the balms or oils I kept ❤️❤️
I really enjoy decluttering videos... loved this Could you please do a video on your jewellery collection? Would love to know where to shop for similar items.. your rings are very beautiful

They are expensive, but the razors from Oui the People are amazing. Super luxe, sturdy, and and they give a very close shave. All you have to do is replace the razor blade. Look into it; it’s very sustainable!
For me skincare is more “valuable” then makeup. Makeup for me is super minimal and I only really have one product at a time unless it’s mascara (only bc I’m afraid of eye infection so I typically have a backup on hand)
Thanks for the dupe for the TLC Framboos! Like you, I have been using it for years and I love it but not so much the high price point 😳Will definitely give The Ordinary Lactic Acid a go.
Ooohh I love these kind of videos, they're my favorite! 🤗 For the isle of paradise, I'd try to mix it with body lotion while applying... might be easier to spread evenly :)
I cringed at you throwing away the isle of paradise self tanner- try it again! This time stand on an old towel, spray the mitt and then carefully apply it. At least give it one more go 🙏🏻😂
You should totally switch to a stainless steel razor. I have one from Mühle. Been saving so much money and trash. I'm glad that I didn't get too much into skincare. Rather a couple of years ago when I had acne I was interested in all kinds of products. But as a result of trying too much my acne ended up getting worse, so I went to see the dermatologist and from that point onward I stopped buy too much.
Hi 👋 new here but I am really enjoying your videos! I love dermalogica and have been using they’re products for a long time now, the pre-cleanse is really good at removing makeup even eye makeup really well. I can’t go too long without the daily microfoliant but I have never tried them together, I do usually mix it with my second cleanser or on it’s own and I love it! I find the Tatcha one is more gritty.
I’d love to hear more about the science of these products, and a little less of just moving things around. To me, the most useful piece of this was where you showed us how the ordinary product worked at least as well as the $90 product. As far as decluttering goes - - you’ve still got quite a way to go! Thank
Not sure if you’ve seen, but Clarisonic have gone out of business so you can no longer buy new brush heads for them. Unfortunately that means unless you’ve stocked up, it’s basically rendered the device useless.
Hey, I just found your channel and am binge wAtching your videos! Just wanted to share a quick note about the Dr. Dennis Gross pads- the wrappers are recyclable and the pads are compost able! I asked the rep one day at Sephora and that was what she told me!
your videos are such high quality! I feel like they have gotten even better recently?! what camera are you using?! it's amazing!! love the editing as well!
You should always do and use what works for you. I have a lot of skincare products, and a lot of cleaning products. But no books and not a lot of clothing. Do what works for you.
Recent subscriber! Congrats on altering your mindset to that of a minimalist! Thanks for sharing your decluttering journey! You made everything so organized and neat! I recommend checking out another channel, SugarMamma TV! She shares tips on applying minimalism inside your home, to your wardrobe, and your finances! I think you may like her videos too! I'm looking forward to your future uploads!
I think you guys deserve a giveaway soon - stay tuned, working on it! ❤️❤️🤗🤗
Wowwwwww am going to wait for it 💋lots of love ❤️ I trust your products
Awwww exciting!
Will look forward from BC :)

Eee thank you!!
Since you said you know about what skincare ingredients you should be using, could you maybe do a video about that?
I could!

That’s really unfortunate! I had one leftover head but after that 🤔

😂😂😂 it was an experience
AHHH!! How excited am I that we both love the same products?!? Answer: Super!!
framboos (drunk elephant) means raspberry in dutch and is pronounced as from-bo's
Maybe try putting that cleansing balm in the refrigerator? Maybe the heat is making it separate?
I stirred it and put it in the fridge! Worked great!
I try to be very minimalistic with haircare and skincare but sometimes idk lol.
Haha right? 😂
Every now and then I do a year without buying something. This year it’s makeup and skin care and I’m whittling it down fast.
Love it!!
You can donate unused toothbrushes to your local food bank. They also distribute toiletries.
Thank you!!
If I may ask: where is your mirror cabinet in your bathroom from?
I’m not sure! It was here when we moved in (we are renting!) - I imagine Home Depot or something like that!

What’s your hair routine and dry shampoo routine
I have a video on my IGTV of what I use! I’ll have to make a video for UA-cam soon 😊
Yes please! For dry shampoo do you use it the morning after you wash your hair?
I only use it when my hair is greasy so after!
So the morning after like 2nd day or 3rd (:

I think I'm breaking out from wearing a mask 8 hours a day for work. I'll continue to wear a mask but I think I need a toner
I was too at the beginning of covid - dr dray, a dermatologist on UA-cam talked about skincare with a mask. I learned a lot from her!
You look beautiful today.
