@@Christinamychas - so true which is why I won't insist on having it my way...if he waited for me to cook he'd starve to death which is how all this started in the first place....LOL
When you declutter the kitchen (or any other space) and you empty the counters, cleaning day is so much easy!! I love cleaning and decluttering videos!
Perfect timing since I been feeling really frustrated with my kitchen lately. So. Much. Stuff. I have decided I am going to get rid of a few plates and mugs because I don’t have a dishwasher and I just hate dishes piling up!
"Not be a jerk to the environment" haha i love it!! Try butcher paper for freezing meat! My husband told me about it this morning to avoid using foil. Hope it helps!
Right now I'm having fun approaching minimalism through visual relaxation instead of assessing possessions... and I love the idea of the chairs being the same color as the wall! Great idea 💡
Amazing! Actually so helpful. We are just finishing making a "pantry" because our kitchen has so little storage. Once that's done we are doing a kitchen reno. It's great to see how other people organize a kitchen 😊
I did exactly the same last month, got rid of a whole load of kitchen appliances as well as old plates and bowls I never used. It freed up so much space! I did keep all the food I have stockpiled though because I will eventually get through it all, just organized it better into food categories.
I am same as you, need something for frozen food storage. I appreciate the comments here about stasher bags for meat. Bread is harder. The stasher bags would definitely squash bread! The search continues. I loved this video and you've inspired me. My kitchen gets decluttered this weekend.
I also my stashr bags for frozen meat storage. The flat sandwich bags are actually a great size for portioning ground meats and they can be stacked flat... brilliant!
SUCH A GOOD DECLUTTER! Loved this little vlog and going through the process and then breaking down all the drawers and cupboards etc. I really like the little sweet potato basket haha that's such a cute idea
Also, would you consider making any video in the lines of „get to know me”/„50 faceta about me”? I really enjoy your content and it would be fun to know more about the person behind it - of course to an extent you’re comfortable with 😊
Hi darling the stasher bags can be frozen as well you can get thd half gallon size for meats and it keeps the items for fresh so when you finish with the ziploc bags just replace with another stasher.🤗 also im some countries supermarkets take bk the plastic bags if you don't use them.
I have heard and have practiced putting nuts in the freezer or refrigerator. You may like that better since they will last a lot longer and will get them out of your pantry.
a solution for storing meat in large bags in the freezer is honestly to give up eating meat. it's horrible for the environment, and you mentioned wanting to make better environment-conscious choices. humans don't need to eat dead animals.
I had no idea this little kitchen could accumulate so much stuff! Have you decluttered your kitchen lately? How many banana guards did you find? 😂 🍌
“Quite suggestive banana!” 😂
I have and hubby got mad (he does the cooking) so I'm not doing it again....LOL good job girlie!!
machu pikachu 😂😂😳😳🍌🍌
Jazzy Gurl! Haha thank you!!! It’s nice that he cooks for you! ❤️

So glad to have found your channel! I’m on my own minimalism journey, and I’m a Pharmacy Technician! Can’t wait to binge watch more of your videos! 😊
Yesss! we pharmacists are useless without our tech fam ❤️❤️

Me too! I love seeing how creative people can get. I wanna see the pantry! 🥰
I'm just in love, with the effort you put in the video editing!
Thank you so so much! 😭😭😭❤️❤️
I wash and re-use my freezer bags.
Love it!

Shelbizlee is a good channel to watch if you want ideas from an eco minimalist 🍃

So good to know!
@@Christinamychas also forgot to mention... easy to wash (just fill with soap and hot water, seal, shake, reopen to scrub, and then rinse.

Good job. I switched to a dish pad instead of a dish drainer. more simple on the counter and I can throw it in the washer every couple of weeks.

Yahoo! Watched so fast because I too find declutter videos satisfying. And you look cute doin it girl!!
Awe thank you heather! You’re the best! ❤️
You can batch cook meat, portion it out and store in the freezer in a glass Tupperware 😊 xx
Good idea!!!
I store my wax wraps in a stashed bag so they don’t get fuzz and lint stuck to them ..
Good call!
That banana saver....🥺🤔🤣 I too have recently switched to using reusable produce bags. 🌎 I was tired of fighting the "plastic" bags at the store.
I designated the larger Stasher bags I have for frozen meat. Nothing wrong with it! They clean well and do a good job.
I’m going to have to budget for some more!
I've been really struggling with freezer zip locks so this silicone one looks like a great alternative. Great declutter video- I love a good purge!
Me too! Thank you!

Nuts are best stored in freezer for long term storage
Binge watching your videos 💕
Great job Christina!
Hi..you can also use your stasher bag to store your meat in the freezer. I use the half gallon size. ☺️
Thank you! The sizing trips me up - so helpful!
Nice job!
i switched over to a linen chemex filter from the kitchen garden series- and the coffee honestly tastes so much better than the paper ones
We tried that and the ones we got were notttttt good! Which ones did you get?
@@Christinamychas i grabbed one of these (though i'm in the US)

Stasher makes some larger bags which might work for you to replace the ziplock freezer bags.
A few people suggested that! I’ll budget for some big ones next month 😍 I do love my stashers
Haha, never heard of a banana guard 😁
LMAO right? It was invented by two ER doctors to prevent bananas from getting bruised in their tumultuous lunch bag travels! 😂
Haha I was gonna ask what the banana guard was :)
I loved my banana guard when I was in college ☺️
I got rid of a lot of coffee mugs, cups etc especially since I live alone. kids are grown and gone
I was laughing so hard at the banana guard 😂😂
Banana thing looks like a weapon gurl a weapon🤣🤣🤣🤣
Congrats!
Thank you!
Atoma brand!!! Do you work for a Remedy's RX location? I do!!! I'm a pharmacy assistant in BC. ❤️
Haha no but I must have bought that from a Rexall!
UA cup is love :)
It says “Dido” on it 🥰🥰

I’ve heard that too but have never tried it! I’ll give it a go!
Yes, I keep my nuts in the frig!
I freeze ginger too, it’s much easier to peel and work with that way!
Girl you are Fanny 😊
🥰🥰
4:08 what’s label fatigue?
It’s just a visual organization tip I learned from my friend Tidy Moose! She talks about it a lot on her IG! ❤️
No pills in the landfills 👍🏻
