Ingredients:
1 stick of butter
1/2 cup funfetti or vanilla cake mix
10 - 12 oz of marshmallows
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
1 bag of popped popcorn
Sprinkles
Melt 1 stick of butter in a large pot. Add funfetti cake mix stir until combined. Add funfetti mix and stir. Then, 2 teaspoons of vanilla extract and stir until it is all combined. Add the popcorn and stir carefully. Mix in sprinkles and enjoy!
Maple Syrup Iced Latte

Ingredients:
1 shot of espresso
Maple syrup
Sea Salt
Milk
Ice
Add desired amount of maple syrup to the bottom of a glass and brew 1 shot of espresso on top. Add a pinch of sea salt and froth together. Pour over ice and add milk to fill glass.

1 clove grated garlic
Sugar
Chili oil
Green onion
Sesame seeds
Thinly slice the entire cucumber into a container. Add all remaining ingredients and shake until combined.

Franny's attachment height needs to be adjusted! Then she will be nice and quiet again!
Just turn the screw on top of the attachment thingy to adjust it and the attachment will no longer scratch the bowl! 😊

To make whipped honey, you should use crystalized honey. Once you have a little crystalized honey, you can pretty much make all honey crystalized with just a little bit of it.

sounds like the mixer is scraping the bottom of the bowl, that's why it's soo noisey. At 7:10 you can see one of the wires even popped off the center of the mixer's head. You can look up how to adjust the head of a kitchenaid by tightening/loosening a screw on the mixer. Hope that helps!
You can adjust the mixer part of your kitchen aid so it’s not hitting so much on bowl. The honey you whip crystallized honey you will get a nice whipped honey
Pls do the egg white whipping for the full time in recipe, that will also help with structure.

Newish and loving it but I’ve binged a whole bunch of eps and it’s very funny and relatable how often she changes the recipe or directions and then can’t sort out why it didn’t work 😂

Over time the attachment height can get a little lower, I guess from the vibrations.
This can be fixed by turning the screw on the upper side of the attachment thingy (don't know the technical term 😂). Then there will be no more noise 🎉
Just need to recalibrate the bowl height .
I can see that the whisk isn't set into the groove that it's supposed to set into. So it may be as simple as popping that whisk into the groove. Mine makes that sound when that happens.

There is a guy who gives tips, and even has a few small things that can help the mixer. His name is literally Mr Mixer.
For the whipped honey im pretty sure they usually use honey that started to crystalize
Was just about to comment the same thing! Usually crystallized honey is used and you get amazing results 🙂↕️
You can simmer the honey for a few minutes to encourage crystalization and cool it before whipping and get simular results
Girl! Lol that mandolin part....hold it over a large based bowl or square bowl so it is better anchored and go to town with whatever you're chopping til you get down to where you need to be careful.
The cucumbers are a korean thing. They are really good with gochugaru chili flakes instead of chili crisp. Also try salting your sliced cucumbers prior to to remove moisture for around 15 mins, then rinse them off. They get better as they sit in the fridge. My favorite waybof making them is dark soy, rice vinegar, gochugaru flakes, msg, ginger and garlic paste, chives,a few chopped green onions, and cucumber. Delish!
Rachel, you need to trust baking instructions ~ especially when it comes to “alternate dietary” recipes. I’ve noticed that you’ve diverted from instructions on a couple of recipes, in disbelief, and the recipes inevitably fail. Baking is a game of precise chemistry and when you change the chemistry, the correct reactions don’t happen, and you change the outcome. My guess is that the bread needed the structure that would have been added by toughening up those egg whites. I know it’s hard but we’ve got to trust the process. Also, they sell whipped honey at the grocery store. ;-)
If you are having trouble with the mandolin, I have been hearing good things about the rotary cheese grater with handle that is all over tiltok has inserts that have the mandolin blade. That might be an easier and less stressful way to cut veggies. 😁
I have one and the main drawback is that the part to put the veggies in is on the smaller side. I dearly wish I could use it for potatoes but I guess cucumbers would be ok.

The cukes won’t get bad or mushy. I’ve been making them for years and tend to keep them in the fridge for a few days. They’re basically pickles.

For the whipped honey recipe, use the honey at the bottom of the bottle that's almost crystalized. You can whip that into a nice fluffy creation closer to what was seen in the tik tok video!

Baking the funfetti is true! Its the raw flour thats the issue with raw cookie dough and cake batter! When you bake the dry cake mix its cooking the flour. 🥰
Yes, for the honey, your definitely need to use honey that is starting to crystalize!
For the whipped honey! You need to use RAW honey. Which means it hasn't been processed or has any additives. My parents own bees and I did this for Xmas gifts last year! ❤

I believe allulose is about 70% as sweet as sugar. Also it causes me -um - digestive distress if I consume much of it so be warned! It's good for keto baking because it browns like sugar
I have been using allulose for 4 years, the digestive issues pass with continued use - And you are right, it is 70% as sweet as sugar. If you use an Allulose/ Monk fruit blend, it is 1:1
100% the reason you shouldn’t eat raw dough isn’t (just) because of the raw eggs! It’s the raw flour!

I think whipped honey is usually made with crystallized honey.
I wish these viral recipes would give directions for higher/lower altitudes and also the temperature in the home/kitchen.
Maybe that’s why the bread recipe needed so long to mix?

Maybe the honey didn't work because you used runny honey. In the UK, we have set honey. If you have it too, that might work better ❤

Rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, pinch of sugar, adjust the amounts to your taste. Sometimes I add miso or sriracha or dashi. Easy peasy.😋

I mean, if you change the ingredient amounts, brands, or cooking times, of course the recipes will be different and more likely to fail, lol. My mom has that bad habit too. It's always a guessing game if it'll work or not.
Look at Frannys whisk wires- the bottom one is pushed to the side and isn’t in the groove. That’s why she’s so loud ands sounds like the whisk is misaligned (it kinda is) and it’s happened to me too! It’s a super easy fix, just slide the wire back into place.
I make a similar cucumbers all the time. A knife works fine. The mandolin isn't actually necessary.
You can get a cut-proof glove for use with the mandolin. I once sliced off the tip of my finger and it was unimaginable.
I understand the caution and trepidation in using a mandolin however I found that when using one the faster I went the easier it cut and I was less likely to hurt myself. I never used the safety guard or gloves and can honestly say I only cut myself once with the mandolin, but have lost count at the number of times I've cut myself with a knife

For the whipped honey...Is it real honey that you're using? Sounds weird but many "honey" found in stores is not really honey. Also, the type of honey may yield different results.
I guess its different there, here in States, cucumbers and cinnamon have been recalled.

My guess on the "honey". Generally the stuff sold in the bear bottled honey, has corn syrup or some other additional ingredients. That may be why the recipe didn't turn out?
I'm pretty sure you could have chopped the cucumber by hand faster than the mandolin 😂 I never use my mandolin because it scares the crap out of me
adjust fanny and use better honey. cheap honey usually has corn syrup.
I think it highly depends on what honey you use... and for the bread, it's kind of a soufflé.
Can you do a candy corn recipe video? As in, recipes USING candy corn. I always get excited to buy it come fall and then regret it 2 weeks later when only a few pieces have been eaten out of the 3 huge bags I bought.

I’m pretty sure the “honey” in the bear bottle is more sugar than honey. I bet it you used real honey it would work. (Kind of like if a recipe called for maple syrup and someone used the fake kind of syrup that’s pretty much made out of sugar)

Be careful with Franny. Mine over heated while I was making tsoureki for Easter. Had smoke coming out and I had to kneed in the butter by hand. You don’t know how difficult it is to add butter to dough. Not fun and was so sad losing my mixer.

Sugar-free alternatives r normally much more sweet. If 10 grams of alt is called for, I would do 15grams of sugar & adjust.
The cucumbers do get better in the fridge. They last a couple days actually

The honey is need to be 100% pure, from te bee farmer. Not normale store. Then te collor turns brown😊.
For anyone who wants to try the latte but doesn't have a frother.. just add the espresso, salt and syrup to a small bottle or mason jar, screw the lid and shake it.. it becomes frothy

Allulose doesnt act the same way sugar does in all recipes. And remember that sugar counts as a wet ingredient so you basically added a bunch of additional liquid that wasnt in the bread recipe. Always do a recipe as written the first time before just swapping ingredients

probably your honey was too warm.. the honey needs to be quite cool.. that's why I often put the bowl in the fridge for 1 hour before I start beating it
You definitely need better honey. I would recommend the Greek one but be prepared for it to taste a lot different then regular.
Maybe chill the honey before attempting to whip
You needed a smaller bowl for the honey, whipping the eggs whites that long dried them out.
The egg whites get fluffier the longer you whip, I think they were under whipped (I've made a bit of egg white bread!)
