I've read that Krill oil is much better than fish oil because the life span of the two are different. Krill have a much shorter life span which means the possibility of toxicity is less likely in sea life that has a shorter life span. If you think about that, it makes sense because the longer you live, the more likely you are to pick up toxins from your diet and surroundings. Krill is usually found in colder water far away from where man has the opportunity to fill the water with toxins.

I have for a long time now take krill oil every night and have developed dermatitis rash on shin, both arms , behind knee and on chest. I just had a punch biopsy at e dermatologist with no answers. I can’t help but wonder why it doesn’t help me.
Do all krill oil have choline in it? The only one I see that list it is kori brand. Most of these have about 120mcg astaxanthin and not mg. Was that a mistake? :)

Your numbers are off. 1000mg Krill oil contains only 80-100 mcg Astaxanthin, not the 100mg in the vdo.
