Hi - superb video and very helpful! My son dropped his chromebook (exact model for this video) and tished the screen. I bought the replacement model and followed your video to the letter. Thanks for posting this, you showed me exactly what I needed to get the bezel off so I could replace my daughter's broken screen! Also the reminder about disconnecting the battery was perfect.
@@GamblesStorytimes I got mine from eBay and the link is no longer valid as the auction is over... but if you search for a Lenovo IdeaPad 3 CB-11IGL05 82BA it will get you some options that should be same as I used as long as it is a 30-pin.
Thank you! This is so helpful. I have a chromebook that the bottom bezel and screen seperate from the back case when opening, the lcd is still good, so I guess it is not really easily repairable. It is the second one as well. So ya. Thanks for the video, it was helpful so I didn't break my chromebook tring to fix it.
Excellent video, thank you. I liked the grounding warning about removing the corrective screen, I would not have thought of that. Mine would not come on either until I plugged it in, although my battery was at 87%.
Question pls by chance you repaired a chrome dell 3100 do you have a video that can help me my children have broken 3 computers but your explanation makes us have a little hope on them

If you have a thin plastic pry tool, a screwdriver set, and a replacement LCD, I don't see why not.
