    Maestro, non c'è il rischio per l'olio evo di superare il punto di fumo e rilasciare sostanze nocive a queste temperature? Ottimo video, spero un giorno di frequentare il suo corso.

      Salve! Realmente non c’e Il riacho se si rispettano le temperature ed i tempi di cottura. L’olio extravergine d’oliva è parte fondamentale della tradizione romana, senza questo perderemo i profumi, i colori ed i sapori di questo fantastico prodotto.
