Johannes does have a twisted take on things! Very intelligent dude, speaks like 3-4 languages fluently! Jonas(dreads) & Tim are riff machines! The play off each other so well! I'd say do Eagle has landed or bloody Angel next. Like Stephanie just said, their stage show is fantastic!!
I love these guys! They are from Sweden. I saw them live right before the pandemic hit and they put on one hell of a live show. Very theatric. When the lead singer, Johannes, does his clean vocals, he kinda sounds like Ozzy O. imo. I would suggest "smells like a freakshow" for the next one by them. Have a great day!

Avatar are amazing, an intelligent band. Johannes' vocal range is amazing, and he seriously has many singing voices, occasionally almost operatic. They care very much about the world, and are genuinely really nice guys.
Johannes may look insane but he certainly is not.
The entire band are extraordinarily talented.
The drummer has a great deal of artistic vision when it comes to the videos and he runs a lot of things behind the scenes.
They are a great mix of deep and serious and humorous.
Thank you fir checking them out. I recommend New Land or The Eagle Has Landed for fun videos. These two songs are from a fable that Johannes wrote, which ended up becoming a concept album and a 109 (?) verse epic poem in an accompanying book. Fantastic project. The videos are fun, but the story is dark.

I like your reaction.)) Can I tell you something interesting? Johannes took many of his stage moves from silent films and is a fan of them. Have you noticed any small references to the biblical Apocalypse?)) Colorful figurines of horses on the table (Plague, War, Famine and Death) and trumpets (angelic, seven), appearing from the barrel organ. Johan Carlen did a great job.)
No I didn't notice that but it makes it that much cooler. This is one of my favorite videos
@@JTMMTV By the way, New Land is made in a similar old style calling retrofuturism (it slightly mindblowing XD), a bit like Le Voyage dans la Lune, 1902.
