Ahmet is right. I used to spend 1.5 to 2 hours doing morning routines like journaling, meditating, cold shower etc. This is really bullshit. I spent 2 hours everyday doing something that doesn't even move the needle in my life. If you really want to move the needle in your life, get to the point and do what you have to do, do what is necessary. Not just do some dumb shit just to act productive!
