It's been so great watching you grow and expand on your life. On your goal to so 10 hours of productivity. My advice to you..is Break it up onto 2hour or 3 hour segments. You will be able to do it. In small bit sizes. 45mins of study then 15min break. Then another 45min session. Don't over drain your brain to focus on one things for more than 2 hours. Change it up as you go along. So after your breaks.try to do something else to trick your brain into thinking your doing something different. This actually works bud. Then you swop things around. When you feel like you can't focus anymore. Then you take a break and get in some fitness as you use to do. I wish you all of the best buddy 🙏❤️. Know that I'm super proud of you. I did this exact switch 3 months ago man. Moved from Asia to North America for uni. Still doesn't feel like home, I feel like I'm just here to study and get out. No friends, no family, it hurts. It is the hardest thing ever but the best growth will come out of it and that's what keeps me going. You're very mature man, you got this. We gotta keep pushing and stay hard for our goals! We're gonna make it!
