300g White Carrot 300克 白萝卜
3 Chicken Drumsticks 3只 鸡腿
4 Slices Ginger 4片 姜
3 Garlic 3粒 蒜头
3 Shallots 3粒 小葱头
2 Dried Chilli 2条 辣椒干
Seasonings 调味料 :
1½ tablespoon Oyster Sauce 1½ 汤匙 蚝油
2 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce 2汤匙 酱油
1 tablespoon Hua Diao Wine 1汤匙 花雕酒
1 teaspoon Sugar 1茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
200ml Water 200毫升 水
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil 1茶匙 麻油
1 tablespoon Corn Flour 1汤匙 玉米粉
1 tablespoon Water 1汤匙 水
