白萝卜焖鸡这样做🐔鸡肉软嫩入味，白萝卜脆爽多汁，好吃又下饭，做法简单容易，3分钟就学会🔥
材料：3个鸡腿、1勺酱油、1勺黑胡椒、1条白萝卜、3瓣蒜、2根小米辣椒、1把青葱、300毫升清水、1勺蚝油、半勺黑酱油
1）把鸡肉去骨，切成块加入1勺酱油、1勺黑胡椒盐抓均匀腌制
2）1条白萝卜，3瓣蒜、2根小米辣椒，1把青葱 切小切段
3）把白萝卜焯水3分钟取出
4）热锅热油，把鸡肉煎香取出
5）锅留底油，爆香辣椒&蒜，倒入白萝卜翻炒，加入清水煮至沸腾加入1勺蚝油、半勺黑酱油，煎好的鸡肉，小火焖10分钟即可开吃
