2 cups Rice, washed clean 2杯 米, 洗干净
300g Yam, cubes 300克 鱼头, 切块
30g Dried Shrimp 30克 虾米
15g Shiitake Mushroom, diced 15克 香菇, 切粒
2 Garlic 2粒 蒜头
10 Shallots 10粒 小葱头
2 cups Water 2杯 水
1条 Chinese Sausage, diced 1条 腊肠, 切粒
Seasonings 调味料 :
1 teaspoon Salt 1茶匙 盐
1 tablespoon Dark Soy Sauce 1汤匙 酱油
¼ teaspoon Sugar ¼茶匙 糖
¼ teaspoon Pepper ¼茶匙 胡椒粉
½ teaspoon Salt ½茶匙 盐
