I need to burn 500cal every day and eat in a deficit to reach my goal weight. I will do this workout at least 3 times a week along with swimming once a week. And then strength training with dumbbells and resistant band because I want to be lean and toned. Thanks for the video!
It's not misleading your results that you seeing is misleading. You burn a certain amount working out . Then what's missing catches up 1hr to 4 hrs later . Depends on person.
I only burned 141 calories according to FitBit during this workout. I didn't like the balance between standing and reclining exercises and wished they could have been grouped more effectively to keep my heart rate elevated for longer. There was also no cool down after this workout.
