Thank You for this video I also use a Kreg table i want to ADD A SECOND TABLE BECAUSE its easier to do 4 x 8 sheets. I have a Festool MFT table but that cant do larger sheei
The Adaptive Cutting System comes with the track and tracksaw. It's a "system" meant to be use all together. You can buy ther tracksaw separately, but they don't sell the ACS without it.
Hello Sarah, Thank you for contacting us. The track is made of aluminum so it won't rust. That said, it would be better to store indoors if possible. If you have any other questions, please chat, email, or call Customer Service. Sincerely, Sarah Wood Workers Guild of America Video Membership
@@SithLandlord lol, too late. I've had it on my back patio for a very long time now. Unfortunately I have no other place to put it. Someday I'll have a workshop, but for now the covered patio we built is way better than setting up shop inside my small house.
That does look nice for repeated cuts. I sort of hate throwing large sheets onto my table saw too.
George, you made that look easy!
This is very helpful!

Does this work table have to be stored in a moisture free environment? Or would a covered patio area be fine?

@@Wwgoa thanks, but I was referring to the mdf or whatever the tabletop material is. Would that be ok outside? I dont have a garage or shop.
You need to keep it indoors. The top of the ACS is made of MDF, which if exposed to water absorbs it like a sponge and warps the material.

please stop hoarding clamps lol. Nice review thanks
What about cutting rabbits or grooves?
I would rather use my router for that. More precise and safer
Jeff Bezos does carpentry. Awesome review. I’m sold
Lmao
Can you use the table instead of table saw. I am terrified from the blade on the table saw spinning up in the air.
I bought this system. It’s good but I found myself just wanting to use my table saw. Now I just use the table as a workbench 🤷♂️
It seem like it takes a bit for that saw to spin up.
Sounds like a soft start (like a router) to me. No sudden kick.
@@wiseoldfool And besides that, the saw has anti-kickback which is cool
