@masere A helicopter wouldn't be able to transport an oil rig anywhere. First of all it would be WAY too heavy--*maybe* if you had like 4 helicopters you could pull it off. Second of all, it would be pretty dangerous, especially if there's a crew on the oil rig. You'd have to transport the people off the rig first, and I can't even imagine how you'd even do that.
