She needed something she could enjoy the wedding and perform in. I agree the blue and fur was the best, but she might not have been able to move in it all night.
You read the customers reaction to both the garment and the compliment. I'm not afraid to tell someone when something looks awful too though. The one woman said no for the occasion but honestly everything to suit her body.
I love the way they treat their clients. They're so thorough on making sure they pick the perfect garment that's not only gonna look amazing, but also making said client feel like a star. Both in the garments and just overall as a customer. I wanna go there so badly! I've never had a shopping experience like this before.
I thought the dark blue looked best on her - no contest in my view. I also loved it paired with the white faux fur but would have preferred that as as a shawl or boa rather than a jacket because when she let the jacket drop off her shoulders, that was a knockout look. She has great shoulders and it was the perfect overall look on her. I thought the dress she chose wasn’t as elegant as the navy, nor as flattering.
I personally think the blue or gold satin dress would have fit her better, but they could outshine the bride if she is dressed a bit plainer. So the one she chose is the best option
I hate when vintage shops sell pieces for $1000s, the whole point of thrifting was for the price value for the quality and style you were getting. Now Vintage shopping has become impractical for the normal everyday gal that just wants to look glam on a BUDGET... sigh😒
Roman Schlutz well it’s vintage so the value of it increases as time goes by in twenty years a top shop jeans would be classed as vintage and cost double it does today
@@marieantoinettepaddelboot3149 You can call it that or having a sense of fashion that doesn't make me look like I put on random rags on and called it a dress.
@@marieantoinettepaddelboot3149 I was clearly exaggerating in order to press that the dresses look so shit that even me with zero skills would throw something together that looks better. It's not my fault that you don't understand how teasing and making fun of works. You, my dear, are an idiot.
The blue dress with the fur coat looked the best on her.
Frank S yes I can't believe she bought the disco number in the end - boring

Wow, I thought that whole thing was cringy.
A bit too boobielicious I think
It was OTT
The second dress is the same one someone had bought for their prom in an early episode
Yeah, they have two dress or she didn't bought it? So confused
Pink Heart came in the comment section just to see if anyone else noticed it.
Exactly! This dress was bought by actress Mia Sara for her's god child Irene prom.
Maybe.. this episode was shot before that one
I know right
Those women would tell their customers they looked great in everything, when obviously not all of those dresses worked for her.
You read the customers reaction to both the garment and the compliment. I'm not afraid to tell someone when something looks awful too though. The one woman said no for the occasion but honestly everything to suit her body.
The gold satin dress was amazing on her!
retrobebop61 But it didn't fit her
Nope her breast sagging
Yeah, it works with her skin, hair and red lipstick. Should have altered the size for her.
Any new Dita Von Teese (sp?) shopping videos ? I love her appreciation for the clothing they find for her.
This should be a tv series: "Vintage In The City,..",..! I would watch it, every single day, OMG,..
I think you could tell this was the one bc she didn’t feel a need to add accessories to it. The dress spoke for itself

I know I'm not the only one who wants to go to this store 😲☺🥰

The black one was also seen in the prom dress episode with the red haired girl, she ended up buying it
Note to self - after a long day at work, I don't need to see that!
I LOVE YOU
I miss these videos , although I do like the informative history ones.
Navy dress is gorgeous on her
I think she looked great in all of them
I COULDN'T CLICK FAST ENOUGH, LOVE THIS SHOW!
What is the show's name?
YES IT'S BACK!!!!!
I love that gold dress though!!!
I absolutely love this show!!!!
loveeee the blue dress

OMG, i'm addict to watch dresses what i can't have.
the blue dress would outshine the bride
she rocks it
I personally think the blue or gold satin dress would have fit her better, but they could outshine the bride if she is dressed a bit plainer. So the one she chose is the best option
Yaass they're back!!
Looked great on you
I live for these videos!!
Can we say Jessica Rabbit to the dress she bought? Gorgeous!!! 😄😄😄
I thought immediately of Jessica Rabbit when I saw her in that dress!!
So that black dress for prom was only rented. Hmmm. Same with the black and sequinned dress for a marriage. Just rented.
Am I the only one who had eyes only for her T-shirt with Duran Duran?
Do they buy these dresses or rent them?
So is this like a thrift shop for designer clothes?
It's back+!!!!!!!!
love these videosss😊
So that dress is listed on their website for sale. Is anything about reality TV real?
Are the dresses 2 Nd hands ....
I liked the black one I guess it was not glamorous enough for her. Really fun shop though.
What is the show's name?
are all these used dresses?
Petting vintage pieces is a bit freaky
I love the dresses but the shop's name though.... say it fast 5 times 😂
She should have purchased at least 2 of those dresses.
I hate when vintage shops sell pieces for $1000s, the whole point of thrifting was for the price value for the quality and style you were getting. Now Vintage shopping has become impractical for the normal everyday gal that just wants to look glam on a BUDGET... sigh😒

A lot of these pieces are from high end designers of the time. So, thats why they're so expensive.
Vintage shopping and thrifting isn’t the same
How many sales people in that shop? it's ridiculous
The clothes demand work, besides the sales
Yay!!!!!
She should have went with the gold dress.
i don't think you should wear black to a wedding but alright!
I actually do not like any of these dresses. They all look like something crumpled up on the floor at the back of the closet.
Made the right choice
Hope she also took the blue.
She chose a mostly black dress for a wedding?
She is hot . Go #mama
Fur only looks good on the animal UNLESS it is faux fur which is fine by me ☺
All of these dresses are hideous wow
That's the 70s for ya...
And I bet they smell frusty
she looked like jessica rabbit in the last one
Is this channel for real?
like vices very womens derss cool happy jamesc miackizen
😲
yu ye ye 5
Never erd of her
The first one really didn’t look good on her. Wrong colour.
These are all hideous
The Vickey Tiel was the ONLY one which looked good
Nothing fit her properly...except that last dress...with cutlets
I don't know how to make dresses or design them but I would make a better dress than any of these.
You, my dear person, are delusional

OMG that dress is so ugly!
