Hey, this is the first time I comment on any workout video, but I just have to tell you this is such an awesome workout for me! I was tired and stressed in the end of the day, looking forward to burn and sweat, but I also need to feel better mentally, and I don’t want too intense HIIT with jumping and burpees. This is my favorite HIIT that I have ever done and my body feels also opened and relaxed, I can feel my body better and also burn some sweat. I just love it so much so much so much. Next time when I have more time, I probably gonna repeat this 30 mins for 2 times. It’s just so great. Thank you so much for producing such amazing content!
A lovely integration of intervals and vinyasa, which often does not have a concept of repetition in it. I look forward to similar sequences if you care to put them out Florez. Interesting work.
Great workout! I was able to do the plank/upward dog variation for a little more than a third of the time... I'll be working my way up though. Definitely going onto my workout playlist!

Wonderful class! That reminds me the time I was doing Yoga Classes in the Roma neighborhood in Mexico City! I didn't know I was doing HIIT Yoga. It was lots of fun! Your video reminded me of those wonderful classes! Remembering is Living! 🥰
I think this is a great workout. Original and tough. I will find this challenging for a while, I am sure. For those complaining about the fast pace...try another style of yoga. This is supposed to fast paced and challenging. Everyone has their style they prefer. Don’t judge, just try something else. Namaste.
The level of cardio itself wasn't really intense for me, but I did your 1 hour flow for shoulder strength yesterday and they were screaming with these moves today 😂 And i had to go through a full shoulder stand before any of my body was ready for a bit of plough pose, good god 😂

For me personally, the one thing i need to learn as a powerlifter is NOT all yoga workouts are the same. I keep getting that stuck in my head which is why i probably keep turning myself away from yoga :/ AFter studying it for about 3 years now, i think power yoga is what i'm looking for. I want to find a yoga workout that's as close to weightlifting as possible (even tho you're gonna be using your bodyweight as resistance anyway) i think power yoga is the one
The only way I realize the hiit workouts work is when this routine was extremely easy for me when most of people are dying hahaha the sad part is that I never lose my belly, I’m not overweighted but my stupid belly looks te same even though I eat well and workout intense
Great workout! In my opinion it's not yoga anymore as yoga intends to link body and mind in order to elevate the consciousness beyond having as a purpose the mere improvement of the physical body. That's what's it's gained through static asanas, overcoming the human nature of movement. "Yoga is the cessation of the fluctuation of the mind".
