So if anyone has throat issues and sneezes due to their hip being shifted or a bad massage, causing lung issues and breathing throat complications, when you have trouble breathing or your choking try putting one of those silica gel things from every vitamin container on that area of the throat, it really seems to work and calm things down.....I suspect this could help some with asthma too, of course depending of the severity , but for me this really does help. When throat is closing Ascorbic Acid vitamin C helps too.
