Gordon: Lovely dish. Would recommend less strawberries, a bit too sweet.
Graham: Tastes great, only thing I could critique is the sauce, it's a little too much

To be fair he did say in the end "the overall effect was positive".
It was still solid advice. Some of the techniques she used didn't work, but the overall effect was good enough.

It's obvious the chefs love food that has chef quality presentation instead of unorthodox way of dish or small portions of it even though it has the same level of good taste. It shows the effort brought to the table and in a correct way as a chef should have.

Ironically in the Italian version he is considered one of the best and is dearly missed. But over there he has a totally different attitude

The editing of the show would be so much better if the clips showing the food while they're cooking weren't all 0.2 seconds or less. There's no reason for a cooking show to be edited like an action movie, even if your primary audience are dopamine addicted americans.

To be honest, i am not sure i understand how Christian's dish is "restaurant level presentation". It either requires the customer to move the salmon off the asparagus it is resting on, or you are squashing the asparagus into the plate when you cut into it. It is more a non-interactive art level presentation.

Lol I love how uneducated all the non-Americans are trashing on Joe. Dude owns 30 high end very successful restaurants. Sure his character is goofy but he knows food.
Its better if they have a small notebook. . .then roam around to taste all. . . Then write to notebook what is their reaction to the dish. . .then they will return to the front to ask whoever they like to ask. . . About the dish. . . .only 3 wth
they already taste all the components of the behind the camera. the 3 called up is based on how good those components are
it's tasted off camera and only in front of the cameras much later.
