Student vs. Professor Cook-Off

Northern Arizona University Head chef Mark Molinaro faces off with culinary student Layla Knapp in a cook off competition. Who will present the best french omelette? The judges are a panel of local restaurant owners and professionals in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Yep, when one of the judges said "We eat with our eyes" I face palmed :/ There are foods which simply just can't "look" nice but taste amazing.
