    I have l5 s1 mild disc bulge from five months and tried so many exercises but nothing worked , two weeks ago i saw your videos and did exercises i got great relief. But from two days my pain is increasing slowly, should i stop the exercises or continue ? Thank you so much sir for your efforts you are doing great work for mankind

      I am better , having treatment from a physiotherapist and doing exercises too. Just dont do any exercise which increases pain , it will take time to get healed

    Sir meri L5 S1 disc displacement hai, lekin 2013 me ek acqute pain huatha, uske bad 2021 Jan me phir halka sa pain suru hua hai. Iske bad mai Dr ke pas gaye ,mri suggest kia , mri me L5 S1 me 6mm gap aya hai lekin pain utna jada nehi hai, sir please tell me the appropriate exercise for this.

    My Mri report observation:
    "Tiny marginal osteophytes seen at multiple levels.
    Disc desiccation seen at L4-L5 level.
    Posterior broad based disc bulge at L2-L3 level indenting anterior thecal sac and abutting
    bilateral exiting nerve roots.
    Posterior broad based disc bulge at L3-L4 level indenting anterior thecal sac, narrowing
    bilateral neural foramina and abutting bilateral exiting nerve roots.
    Posterior broad based disc bulge with annular tear at L4-L5 level indenting anterior thecal
    sac, narrowing bilateral neural foramina and abutting right exiting nerve root.
    Posterior broad based disc bulge at L5-S1 level indenting anterior thecal sac, narrowing
    bilateral neural foramina and abutting bilateral exiting nerve roots."
    Sir Mein ye wala exercise kar sakta hun.. Mera surgery hua tha 9 years back abi fir se pain start hua hai..

    I have herniated disc in L4, L5 and S1 area. I have doing this excercise and feel better. I have done the more advanced version under guidance of my therapist also. How long must one do these sort of excercises? When is it safe to do yoga including Surya Namaskar which includes a lot of bedding forward?

    my mri represent the following:-
    1. Mild restrolisthesis of L4 over L5 and L5 over S1 vertibra
    2.Mild ANTERIOR WEDGING AT D12 VERTERBRA
    3.Mild diffuse bulge at L4-L5 and L5-S1 discs
    4.Broad based sublimental postero central protrusion L4-L5 and L5-S1 discs
