I've had to do the same job on my drivers door latch and more recently I've had to replace the window regulator cable on both front doors. If you've had moisture in your door panel I'd highly recommend checking your cables before refitting everything, save yourself some hassle. I seem to recall it only costing £12 for both cables including delivery. Also make sure to give the cables and slides a good covering of lithium grease. Then hopefully they'll be good for years to come. 👍
Hi Alan thanks for the advice and yes I've done the window regulators, well 3 out of 4 anyway. I need to update the video as I've found the Polyethylene vibrates terrible in the door when the music is turned up lol but I do have a solution which I will show in another quick video 👍
Remove the plastic pin then turn/spin the main part of the plastic fitting on the threaded rod either up or down can't remember but it's fairly logical 👍

H7 1800lm. Yes very happy, gives a much brighter whiter light. You can also get 16000lm, Andy Brooks is your man on the mondeo group's
