As usual, solid work and efficient execution, with such a service for this Mondeo, we will have videos very rarely!

I don't even have a Mondeo, but your videos are really eye-catching so I end up watching anyways.. :)

Keep us updated with the progress please
The other area which is very common for Easter leaks is the little connection on the washer hose as it goes through the hinges in the boot, the connector pops off and the first thing you notice is no water from the rear jet and then suddenly a deluge in the headlining

So that's how the jack is suppose to go!
Mine was in the cutout on the right and the boot linear never sat flush

Nice video. Very similar to leak on my mk5 mondeo. I suspect wiper grommit also. Fuse actually blown for the wiper motor. Small tip for removing the wiper blade, fold it all the way up so it's vertical, you can then just use the lever to lift it off with no resistance.

Hi Craig, great info on your Mondeo with all of your videos.
Where do you usually purchase your replacement parts from currently? Since a lot of parts are becoming unavailable due to this model becoming older. I've tried Amazon, and some places on Ebay.
I refuse to pay the inflated prices at any Ford dealer, and I've found that they'er usually not much help anyway if they can't spend more than two seconds finding it in their computer system.

Take your pick of wreckers; online at places like Trodo.com, RockAuto.com (US but believe it or not Mondeo Mk3 was in Mexico so it's on there), careful of LHD parts, if for the motor sometimes a Focus or other part will work; Ford dealer or other genuine parts suppliers as last resort.

Hi do you know what might be the problem with my mondeo mk3? Sometimes the engines rpm "jumps" up and down, and when I out a tester on it it says that there is a problem with the fuel adjustment percentage(when the rpm isn't working properly)
I have already change the map sensor and the idle air control valve and the pcv tube behind the intake manifold

It has driven about 150.000 miles

Be more specific than "fuel adj %"? Anyway it could be anything, you will have to work through a process of elimination. Air and fuel. Also check throttle position sensor, and upstream O2 sensor.

Have you ever replaced the windshield wiper mechanism on the Mondeo? I've done the one on my 2001 mk3 Mondeo, and it was an absolute pain to find. The ones for the 2001-2003 model are different from the 2004-2007 models. New, they were only available at the Ford dealership, and they wanted €500 not including 21% tax! Then I went to the scrapyard and there was only one compatible car there. And it was about 6th in line for the crusher. I'm glad I could find one, but removing the wiper arms seemed impossible. Everything was completely corroded stuck. So, I removed the mechanism, arms, plastic cover, motor, and wiper blades as a whole. On the bright side, I only had to pay €40 for everything. Now I at least have a spare motor and an extra pair of blades.
