Thank you mate! I installed one on my truck and this video really helped. Evreyone here complaining as if men are supposed to be excellent at sowing. My job came out very good for a guy that had never stitched anything thanks to this video
I installed the same one on my M3. Turned out way better than the one this guy installed.
The waves, the rough edges, just makes the car next to it very appealing to ride lmao. Remove the plastic cap and the airbag and work comfortably dude. Im supposed to be searching this to learn not teach 🙄
Yes you are right.
@☣☣ẌЇℒ€Ð☣☣ no screw youA
@@nordinm6792 i really wasnt trying to be disrespectful but there are alot of angry people in this world for no reason. I stated my opinion with a laughy taffy
@☣☣ẌЇℒ€Ð☣☣ or maybe you dont reply to my comment if you dont like it. Kind of the same concept dont you think?
fuck the haters got your back up all the way hussein bro
Dry professional look… nice
Good video
Showing how much thread you need and how to start it would be helpful. I saw in another vid the amount of thread to cut off 3.5-4x the length of what you’re sewing. You show only the front side of the wheel, it’s be more helpful to show the back as well.
Great work
Damn that looks ugly
I work in that field and u need to remuve the old lether then use the new 1.Apply glue to 3/6/9 on steering wheel then mow.(make like 50 each day that steering wheel where i work)
Cleary spelling wasnt your strong point in school. Heads up...lether is spelled leather and remuve is remove. Hey guess what? You just learned something.
@@xcit hahaha dude he's just trying to help others
I agree, even in the final install you can see the bottom where it’s loose and the left had side where it’s not fitted down. I was going to buy one after finding it on google. Shame.
So you’re not gonna use the double sided tape that comes with this? Mine fits but it looks like they didn’t leave enough leather to get tucked under the portions of the steering wheel that go under the plastic parts.
Why can't remove the original leather?
I had to do one of those today at work and i wasn't to impressed with the looseness in some areas as well as the wrinkles. It wasn't easy like they show in this video either.
Brutal comment section 🤣
Ce fatalau!
I did install on my BMW, belive with better result, made video too.
Terrible installation skill
just got mine for a bmw e90 and i ordered the suede one, but its fake suede even though it clearly said “genuine leather”
thank you for your message, if you have any question, you could contact our customer service, they will help you solve the problem ASAP.
Leather and suede are different . You do know this...right ?
@@bizzo44ify Suede is a form of leather.
@@Astralkiller47 my bad realized you didnt want smooth leather.
This video did nothing for the product... the dbl sided tape would have prevented the baggy cheap look of the cover. I'm glad I never saw this before buying one !
Yes but if your original steering wheel leather is in good condition and you want to make the steering wheel look stock then you won't be able to remove the glue
The moral of this vid : install steering wheel skins from professionals only.
Is it done without any glue ?
Yes, it is done without glue.If you wanna to change your cover, we suggest you do not need to use the glue.if you want to make the cover fit better, the double-sided adhesive can help it.
@@mewant_official I'd say use the double sided tape to eliminate the unsightly wrinkles.
Bought one for my e92 and it's great. But this video does it no justice, he has put in on so badly
Just, Horrible.
Thanks for your great support, friend! Sorry that this video does not help and please check another video on our channel. Any question, please feel free to contact after service.
Baggy as my Nan's chuff
Brutal, why can't you see that you skip one stitch and then hook through, to get the correct pattern. And it's really not that hard to remove the steering wheel trim....
It looks like vinyl not leather
cyril
ces bien f
Final result is really bad.
Shit products I installed one on my car and it didn't not fit. Also it cracked. Not recommended
🤣
i was going to buy one until i watched this
You can trim the excess leather, and stretch it a lil bit. Then sew it. It will look as it came wrapped from the factory.
Looks pretty hideous tbh , all the bubbles, wrinkles and extra leather just flapping around .
You totally ruined your steering wheel.
bad work....
wrinkles on the steering wheel
Dont go this idiot route. Dissasemble steering wheel
Sloppy ! And who knows how to sue ! Way to complicated pass
Crappy product. 👎
