My son was raised on this music & ultimately, became a musician. I don't know what kids listen to now, BUT *never take away my Steve Miller, thank you* my friends for years of pleasure
Thank you for remembering The First responders I was delivering food too the elderly and Handicapped and citizens with no transportation and still do today Rock n Roll. USA 🇺🇸 and the world 🌎
i’m a youngin’ that loves this type of music. I had lots of people telling me i shouldn’t see him when he comes to my area because “he’s old, he’s not like he’s used to be, it will ruin his music for you”. I’m glad i decided to look him up performing recently myself to see that he’s still killing it!
"I really love your peaches. Want to shake your tree" has got to be without a doubt one of the greatest lines of lyrics ever written in a rock and roll song!
Nothing second rate about this performance, it’s so good. These are very well crafted songs that require strong musicianship to perform them this way. Steve is just world class.
He sounds fantastic, he still got it. Anyone who has not seen The Steve Miller Band in concert, is missing out on a good time. I have seen him in the late 60s when the band was known locally. He ready put out 3 albums by that time, and his songs mostly played on San Francisco FM stations, and he did concerts, mostly in California. Than he hit the big time, and was known all over the world. He is a great guy. Also, he sounds now much like he did in the late 60s. I am glad I saw this, there are not alot of groups from the late 60s playing today. The Steve Miller Band is an institution in the music industry. 🎶 Dave in Sierra Vista AZ
Just saw him last weekend in Las Vegas. When a rock legend starts his show with a cut by Elmore James, and another by Little Walter, you know you’re in for a treat. Small theater, fun show, an intimate performance. He was fabulous, sang and played the same music with passion and love of his fans, and considering he’s almost 79, well, I hope my fingers and hands work as well. Thanks Steve and the Band for a great evening.
His Song take the money and run with the guitar solo Was my first Touch to the blues. I Was 14 years old and i knew thats it. Steve miller , bluesband, and George thorogood, bachman Turner overdrive are my All time favourites. Bluesrock at its best with a little Touch of boogiewoogie. Greetings from germany.
Who says the music of Jimi Hendrix and the like is dead? It's not. It lives on in the music of a 70's old Steve Miller! The "Joker & Space Cowboy" is still killing it with his music! Good for you Steve!
It's so refreshing to see a guy who is a straight-up American standing for what is right -- and after all these years, he continues to play his songs as if he was 20 years old. Awesome!
I'll "never forget" 9/11/2001 ♥️🇺🇲 In my top 10 favorite bands to rock out to. I will never forget Steve Miller Band either. Fly like an eagle 🦅❤️🦅🇺🇲🦅❤️🦅🎶🎶🎶🎶🎶😍

Steve Miller- thanks for a lifetime 🙏 of good vibes, beautiful music 🎶 ❤ love and joy. i saw the Steve Miller Band three times in the late 60s. Different music each time and just off the charts creative and original. Still listening to them! Thanks Steve!
I am not a starstruck person and never have been. I have been to over 25 SMB shows over the years. I always said if I ever met someone famous he would be the only one I’d want to meet. I hear he lives in my local area now and the thought of it makes me so nervous I don’t think I could do it. LOL. He’s one of my heroes. Speaks love through his music and brought me through a lot of hard times. Music that never expires like the other commentor said. Thank you so much Steve and the band.

Steve Miller Band , Awesome band can’t wait to go see them live in concert at Tinley Park Chicago Illinois. Rock on 🤟✌️Steve Miller Band 🍺🍺🍺 USA USA USA 🇺🇸 🇺🇸🇺🇸
Empty Seats at a Steve Miller Show? That’s ridiculous! He’s one of the great Rock n Roll talents! Rock must really be dying then. Unless it’s because of Covid fears, it doesn’t make any sense. Miller can still sing and play well and has a ton of Hits! His greatest Hits CD 💿 is solid Hit Rockers! One of the best greatest Hits Packages ever! Oh well, nothing lasts forever even good times and parties end eventually. I never thought Rock would die! 😞😔 The End of the Rock n Roll Era. Chuck Berry died at 90 and it was symbolic. He practically invented Rock n Roll in the fifties and it’s Seventy Years later. 70 years is a pretty good run but now it’s done! 🥺😵💫😵Thanks to Covid and Rap.
Steve’s still Great! What a Singer and songwriter! 👏🏻🎸😎And he looks good in White! Considering that he’s been around for around 50 years, he’s still can play and sings well! Do you know how many band incarnations he’s had since then? At least 10 if not more! He’s the center of it all! Amazing Talent! And I like the Book of Dreams Logo he’s got up there! He was peaking around the time of Fly like an Eagle and Book of Dreams! Back to Back brilliant albums with plenty of Hits and good Blues songs! Still Rockin Me! 🎸👏🏻😎
One more little tidbit,I admire and proud of how you stood up for truth when you went to get inducted into the music hall of fame, you pretty muched ripped them apart at the treatment of everyone.
Mr Miller: Your are a pure genius ,your music carry me far away; I’m just a little sad cause I’ve discovered your great talent only tree years ago on u.s radios and now I’m 48 old. Unfortunately the ONLY song of you I’ve listened before on French radios was the joker… I would have liked to grow up with your discography so much. Thank you Mr Miller ,you’re still a legend for me. Love from Marseille French riviera.😊
I'm going to see him in September! Very cool to see how well he can sing and perform for his age! Edit: dude blew me away I can’t wait for the next one
Ive loved& listened to this music since I was a teen but just recently fell in love all over again with this voice. This vibe... oh man, cant wait to revisit the whole catalog. You sound great, Steve! The band is awesome. Much Love!!
I saw him in Austin with Eric Johnson, they came on together at some point, took the audience through the history of music with their guitars. So very awesome. Steve Miller is a great musician I would go see him in a heartbeat, same for Eric Johnson.
People have no idea how many guitarists have taken Steve Miller's riffs, added compression, distortion pedals then called it metal. Look close at the chorus for Crazy Train... then look at Swingtown. It is Steve Miller's 100%
I have no idea, how an Eagle scout can honestly think he can rip off billions of dollars from people saying they are infected with pre-historic nano-robots .
Steve Miller has made me happy for the past 60 years. Thank you, man.
Steve Miller is 2021 78 years old. And he is still great on stage.
His voice is still there at almost 78. Always the innovator and craftsman - and he hits my heart

He still has a great voice!!!
He still sounds GREAT!
Auto-Tune. I said this even before I saw your comment.
Truth is nobody is perfect even the best can have a bad day, but of course he sounds great for his age and did pretty good in this one.

He is way too heavy into scientology. Micro robots from ancient times poluting your body and only $500,000 of church counciling will clear them out.
