No, these are not just red lights. They are special lights, so don’t trust any lights from temu and be very careful with your eyes, get professional help!

​@@fyodordochievsky4376Im currently experimenting doing focal exercises where I focus on an object and slowly pull away and repeate for a few minutes. I feel some mild pain above and behind the eye doing so. Have you tried something similar or heard of such a thing? I have -3.75 nearsightedness in my right eye.

I mean... there is a difference between "red, visible light", and "infrared light"... they are not the same thing. And the difference is kind of important.

as i understand it - you should never use 'near red' light on your eyes .
